I always enjoy my stay here. The employees will go out of their way to help you out with any and everything you need. Veronica is the best person to go to. She has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure the place is running smoothly and efficiently. She will go out of her way to make sure you feel taken care of and secure. I have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations.
Stayed here a week for work. Veronica was really respectful, but the other people who worked there had an attitude. Rooms are clean, which is a big plus for me. When I was off work for downtime, the remote for the TV didn't work. The water for the toilet didn't fill, so I had to open up the top of the toilet to fiddle with the mechanism for it to fill every time.
I have enjoyed my stay at Woodspring Suites. It is very clean and quiet and Veronica at the Front desk is the absolute best!! She was so attentive and helpful. That goes a long way for someone who is in the process of moving back from another state. It is greatly appreciated.
Bed was absolutely horrible. Pull out couch mattress was covered in stains from top to bottom on both sides. Staff was reluctant to give one extra towel, pillow, and blanket for my kid because they said management frowns upon it.
Do not expect any amenities, not even an ice machine!
Only good thing was the safe location that Trophy Club provided
My son. Our dog, and I stayed here for a month while looking for a place! Everyone working here is so friendly and accommodating!! So happy we got a place so quickly but we absolutely enjoyed our stay here! ❤️ The hotel is peaceful. We rested well and the kitchen was perfect!! Thanks again!!!
The reason we always choose to stay here is because of the excellent service the manager Veronica J provides. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every weekend we are taken care of. Her customer service is top tier. She is the best hotel manager I have ever dealt with. She is the reason we use this location!
Veronica at the front desk was excellent. I checked out early because the elevator was broken and I was on the fourth floor. Veronica was very caring understanding and cooperative and helping me get my bags to my car. She went above and beyond rectify an unfortunate situation.
The management needs to spend some money to fix the elevator that’s key in a four-story building.
Positive: Kitchen Negative: I did not like the attitude of the manager. The rest of the staff was good. I did not like that on the website. It says that you get two beds and a sofa, and I told Manager about it and she did not fix the problem but other than that, it?s OK
