They are amazing, they helped us when we were struggling, they care about their guests and how they feel, I love how we get to clean our own room, very comfortable and very quiet, I would recommend everyone to come here. Keep up the good work. I do want to say that the manager here he is amazing, he listened to everything we needed/need thank you so much.
My wife and I are glad and blessed to have met Joann. She is such a wonderful person and very professional. She made us very comfortable during our stay. It's hard to find good and kind hearted people these days. Especially when my wife and I are down on our luck. Joann took the time to listen to our story and have gave us advice on not to give up and stay strong. This property was incredible to stay at. The location was great.It happens to be in a perfect spot. It's not to far from fast food restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores as well as the interstate. The staff here was an exceptionally nice and helpful. They actually took the time to help me and even allowed me to check in a little early. The manager actually was able to move some things around in order to guarantee me a stay there. He was very Hands-On and down to earth towards the the customers and that facility I actually seen him cleaning the rooms which is extremely rare.That alone tells me he definitely takes pride in the level of service towards his staff, property and customers. My room was extremely clean and it smelt that was as well. The amenities in the room itself was intriguing to me. It kind of puts me in the mind of a One-Stop shop or a mini studio apartment....lol. The pricing was beyond affordable and I loved the fact that they honor 3rd party reservations. Most of all I love the fact that it is what it is exactly....(Meaning) I didn't get to the hotel and then was told I had to pay a deposit. I have noticed with other hotels here recently a lot of them do not disclose the fact that you have to pay a deposit upon check-in on their site nor when you book through a 3rd party. The booking agent is not informed at all in which neither are we. So thank you so much Woodsprings suites Fossil Creek!
Great location. The Manager has great customer service the staff is helpful. I’m on the 3rd floor and it’s quiet no complaints my room was clean. I’m satisfied with my stay thank you
I came to visit. The hotel was clean great front desk staff. Mr Dwaine is great with customers. Ms. Trudy knows her facility. Ms .P in GM training is precious and Great overall..I just wish they had a pool but kitchen was amazing we cooked daily. Keep up the good work ..
I wish it had of stayed a Corporate Run Hotel because the new owners are letting anyone in. I’ve had roaches in the last month and the hallway smells like urine, there isn’t a visible housekeeping staff because the elevator is always nasty and it used to smell like bleach now it’s just old stale and dirty and that’s in just two months time. A year from now it will be a HOtelllll for real with hourly rates. We are looking to move soon!!!!!!
I recently relocated to Texas under the directions of the Lord and decided to stay at Wood Springs Suites Fossil Creek. I have nothing negative to say. My stay and experience has been nothing but great. Trudy made me feel right at home and greeted me with a warm welcome. Trudy is a great people person and her joy radiates to others. I truly recommend this location to anyone to stay while in search for house like me. They have the best staff. Thanks Cherry ????
The was small but clean and comfortable. I did not get daily towels or tissue. I had to go ask for them. The location is close to restaurants, convenience stores and the smoke shop.
