I was there for 13 weeks or 14. I have not a single bad thing to say about Wilson(GM), Scott (maintenance), Richard (maintenanceaswell), Whitney,Jessica, E.J., Alex.... (housekeepers). The front desk staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Overall one of my best hotel experiences anywhere that I have been. I will definitely stay there if I'm in Fargo!!!
I would not stay at this place with a family of little kids. My wife and I stayed here due to the proximity to NDSU, and I'll never stay here again. It says the facility is 100% smoke free, but our room stank like it had a couple cartons smoke in it the night before. We ended up not even staying in the hotel that night, just ate the cost of it and went to another hotel by the mall.
Smells like weed 100% of the time. This hotel is gross. Nothing like the pictures. Our room stunk for the 3 nights of weed.
One poor girl who rode the elevator with us was crying, terrified, because she was scared to stay here. I would not recommend to anyone unless you like the smell of week, and comfortable being across the parking lot that is for traveling semi drivers, and long term tenants.
We in Fargo for a hockey tourney. Please do not bring your children here. If our child wasn’t staying at the team hotel and staying here with us, we would leave. I thought maybe the weed smell was a once and done thing but it is constant.
Got into town late and had an issue with our reservation at a different hotel. Saw this one on our way to the gas station and gave them a call. That is how we met EJ at the front desk. Not only were they able to get us a room but they were so helpful, polite and understanding of our situation. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful; especially after what we experienced at the place we originally had a reservation at. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and EJs customer service make it our newest recommendation! 10/10
Positive: Very friendly, helpful staff! Very secure, clean and easy to locate. Negative: The sign where you make the right turn off of 12th was partially covered by tree brush might need to be trimmed so it can be seen. I am nee to the area and missed the sign the first time driving right past.
Room was semi clean. Hall smelled like weed all the time. Homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I had to use a pliers to turn water on for the shower because maintenance guy was to lazy to fix the shower handle. The bathroom sink drain leaked under the sink so couldn’t run water or you would have water all over the floor. I checked out I was leaving for another job out of state and I got charged another night as I was checking and I was never refunded. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at WoodSpring Suite, love the convenience of having access to full Refrigerator and stove. Staff were super friendly, they catered to our needs. Especially thanks to Cara and Jessica for their assistance while we’re there. I recommend this place to anyone looking to feel at home.
We came into town for work. They jacked our price up without making us aware and charged us after us staying for over 2 months. We had an agreement with the ppl at the hotel. The manger has a lot lizard staying on the 4th floor that does not pay to stay. We was told by several of their desk workers and the mades. The washer and dryers stayed broken down and the fix it guy never wanted to fix anything. When we first got there everyone was as nice amd friendly as could be. One of the girls that work there was going and staying in different guys rooms that stayed there. I don’t recommend this place for a long stay. If you only gonna be there for a couple of days sure. You can smell dope up and down the hall ways , drunks out front and behind the hotel from before dark till after we left for work @4 am.
