Absolutely terrible. Booked for a month because they had a “deal”
Allow me to list all the issues I experienced during my stay.
The whole building is not taken care of or cleaned regularly. It looks nice on the surface but everything is dirty. No one has vacuumed the hallways once since I’ve been here. The only thing I’ve seen is they mop the floors near the entrance and elevators.
Building STINKS. Smells like a mix of body odor and old garbage in the hallways.
Employees smoke cigarettes with the door open allowing smoke to waft into the stairwell.
Free coffee is TERRIBLE and also never out on time.
Employees are curt, rude and lazy.
Internet is HORRIBLE, essentially worthless.
Fire alarms went off for nearly 30 minutes one night, and they evacuated the hotel only for there to have not even been a fire.
Floors are not insulated at all you can hear every footstep of the people above you.
Toilet in my room does not refill with water unless you take the top off the tank and shake the mechanism inside, so you have to do that every time you flush the toilet.
Whoever owns this place needs to audit the people working here because they have no idea what they’re doing. What a dump!
Regardless of these issues I asked to extend my stay for a week, because life is tough right now and I’m in between places.
Get this: They refused to extend my stay without giving any specific reason! I was told “note from the manager says do not extend”
So this place refuses to maintain the building and then refuses money from paying customers? The people who run this hotel must be smoking crack or something.
Inga has excellent customer service. She keeps the place nice and clean.. it definitely in the morning. Every time she work, there is fresh coffee. It tastes better than Starbucks! The hotel is in a very relaxing setting………………………………………..
We were staying here while waiting for a new rental in the area. Started off ok. We had to move rooms due to medical issues. After we moved we were accused of having bed bugs. We did not used our own bed linens and pillows. We were then kicked out with no where to go. Luckily found a new place.
Bad stay there. I reserved for a month and paid weekly. The big guy at desk tried to up charge me just because I asked for my room cards to be charged and it bothered him. If he doesn’t like u asking for help he will tack on fees to your room and lock u out! I would stay clear of here. Plus if u leave early the younger dark hair girl will not refund your money no matter what. I left to a different hotel to avoid this horrible one
I would like to give special Thanks to Inga. She was very helpful with an issue i had in the room. She put in a maintance request to have it corrected for me. It was taken care of in short amount of time. Inga along with the other staff Chaz and Jasmine were all very helpful and very diligent with the guests. They are a wonderful group of individuals who keep the hotel running very smooth.
This place is a dump. 1st, let me start with checking in. I arrived at 8 pm and there was not anyone attending the front desk. It said to dial 500 from the lobby phone if you are checking in "after hours." I tried to use the phone and dialed 500. It said, "The user does not have a voice mail set up on this number." So I had to look up the hotel number to try to find someone that could check me in. No answer. This process went on for 25 minutes until a girl answered the phone and said she would meet me in the lobby.
I told her that the lobby phone number 500 does not work. She said, "Well, you reached me, didn't you?" I said, finally, by using my cell phone. Then the price I was quoted when booking the room was $18 less than she said my final charges were. I was tired so I let it slide. When I got to my room, there weren't any pillows in my room, and it smelled like piss.
So, I had to call the hotel number back again. I told her that I didn't have any pillows in my room. She said she would bring some up. I waited for 20 minutes and decided to go get dinner after a long travel day. When I came back, three pillows were thrown on my bed. Photo attached. In addition, when I came back at 11pm, there were at least 5 people with blankets hanging out on the curb in the parking lot. They appeared to be homeless, and one was walking around looking in car windows. I walked back to my car and made eye contact to try to keep my car from being broken into.
The side door where I parked my car would not lock so anyone could enter the building at will. Photo attached. I decided to check the rear door of the building, and that too was open and did not lock. Photo attached.
The floors of this building, hallways, bedrooms, lobby have not been cleaned is a long time. This place is not only fifty but unsafe. I can not stress strong enough how bad this hotel is. I will file a complaint with corporate and will report back on this post if they make an effort to make this right. DO NOT STAY HERE.
UPDATE... When I attempted to reach corporate and describe these details, the website would not allow me to send it. I completed every field but it would not send. See attached photo.
I would definitely give them ZERO stars if I could. They have ROACHES!! The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaning still have other people soap still in the shower area. Smell like dog food and mold. Just NO! Don’t stay here!.
The staff is great with the guests. I have had a very pleasant experience while staying here. I would like to acknowledge Chaz,Inga and Jasmine they have all been very helpful to me during my stay at thisplace of business. They are the glue that keeps this place running. Much appreciation to each one of them.
