Our purpose didn’t require 5 star service or amenities. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen didn’t come with dishes or utensils. Dollar tree and other stores are close by. The Cookie Dispensary is less than 10 mins away. ????
The staff were friendly and helpful as they could be. Every request was met. The location is kinda ducked off in the cut, but, it was close to where we needed to be. Miami Beach is about a 30 minute drive away. Great food trucks and a variety of restaurants all round the hotel.
I would recommend this place as a nice place to stay especially if you have children.
Skip this place the internet is garbage I been in central American hotels had better connections the offer kitchen but don't mention they will sell you a pan for 30 dollars so you can cook its ridiculous the service of course terrible don't bother calling the front desk , the floors are plastic and disgusting dirty, never been clean and the sheets are stain truly disgracefull again in the city were everything is over price and subpart this hotel fits well if you don't have to stay here pay a little more go somewhere else
WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!!! Use that extra money for a better hotel - My fiancé had booked this hotel for us to stay as I was having surgery not too far from the location. Online of course it looked like a good hotel it had good enough space for the both of us and a full kitchen - but what they don’t tell you is they charge if you want to use any appliances luckily I brought an electric stove from home. First impression walking into the room was that it was nice. The area isn’t a bad area either. We stayed for a total of 8 days and 7 nights total came up to about $900 which we thought wasn’t too bad - my advice spend the extra money on a better hotel. The room had only three pillows and a thin blanket and a cover sheet. When we called the front desk for extra pillows (we were willing to pay extra) they informed us they don’t have any. We called almost every day being here and nothing. They don’t have housekeeping everyday either only every two weeks and we had to sleep with our garbage in the same room as us, when asked where we could take the trash out to front desk informed us to wait for housekeeping (14 days) or to pay for housekeeping to come !!! The first night I had to kill a spider while I was eating my food. A few days later we spotted a cockroach just under the microwave. A day before leaving another cockroach was spotted in the bathroom. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! We’ve called to complain and nothing the front desk doesn’t care and as I’ve just had surgery there wasn’t much I could do. We have to go down to front desk for everything such as trash bags and toilet paper. There are only two elevators that do in fact take a while to get to you and both elevators stink. There’s a weird smell every time you step into the elevator. Coming off sometimes smells like chemicals which would give me a headache and cause lightheadedness. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
I checked in, and when I arrived at the room it was impossible to be in it. There was a very strong chemical smell. I asked to change rooms and when I walked in I saw that the bed wasn't made, the room wasn't tidy and it stank of dog urine. I went to the front desk and asked for a cancellation. the attendant said she can't cancel, but she also can't give me a decent room to sleep. I want a cancellation and my money back!!! I now left the hotel, and the attendant refused to give me any receipt proving what happened!
I have never written any bad review for any business. But I am so disappointed. First, I booked and paid for 3 days about $445, then the second days staff knocked my door tell me to pay extra about $73. I went to front desk and she told me the rate is increased so I had to paid extra. I have been in many hotel and first time to see something like this. The room is no basic utilities until I asked for the hair dry blowing. The reason why I review this for people to know that they should consider before booking the rooms here. Hopes they do better service for anyone has the better time here and worth the money we spending

The staff listed below truly treated us like a second home when we needed the most to feel at home in a safe place where we could have our belongings in the Safeway for a few weeks until our dream home was ready. They are a great team and highly recommend this place to stay at great price and safe.
