Rooms smelled of dirty clothes.....the smell even came with us on our clothes. Especially our clothes to sleep. The hallway and inside the room always...no matter the time smelled of weed. We stayed 2 nights and only got one roll of toilet paper and never any clean towels. And we had asked for some before leaving for the day. Had to track someone down just to get toilet paper. Cabinets and night stands had missing pieces. Floor was super dirty. Our feet were black from walking on the floor! When we got there, there was dirty sheets outside of our door for a whole day and a half. I will never book here again. I hate to say but next time I want to save a few dollars I'll just go to motel 6 because this hotel was just plain horrible.
If you pay ahead and decide to leave they will not give a refund. That is highway robbery. They charged my card without approval from Oct 14-Nov 14 even when I left October 10 and refuse to refund me my month. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! I have tried reaching out to corporate, the GM, the owner and no response. Poor business practices. If you have stayed here and were denied a refund reach out bc I am going to file a class action lawsuit against this property. I don’t care if it was just one day if they denied you a refund reach out. This thievery has to stop.
Roxanne (Roxy) the front desk lady, happens to be one of the best at what she does. Makes you feel welcomed and will listen to any
concerns, and fix it. I've stayed at many hotels/motels. But when it comes to customer service, she's the best.
As I was outside, the boss “Kathy” was really rude to the employees. & I seen her turn a lady away at the front desk & didn’t even offer her to wait in the lobby. As I’m walking to my vehicle she’s yelling at another employee. Overall ,0/10 service was really bad. & I didn’t even book a room.
property looks nice from the freeway until you get inside it what a dump interior needs painting parking lot needs to be resurfaced there is no parking for pickup trucks and trailers the unit I stayed in needs a total paint job plus the floors need to be carpeted the floors were wood and wet from humidity the staff was very friendly it has a good location but they definitely need to do some refurbishing on this property plus there is a big vacant lot in front of the property that they could possibly purchase and convert that into RV and truck parking I definitely won't stay here again
Goods: The room was clean, no smell. That’s it. Staff is friendly.
Bads:
Room: for 4 people there were only two towels (and two small towels) and the office was closed all night and didn’t late. We had to adjust using two. There was only 1 soap, No shampoo. No hair dryer.Kitchen: There was nothing but electric stove. No coffee machine or ice bucket to pick up some ice. We had to buy and keep the stuff for kitchen.
Internet: Most hotels offer free internet. Here it is free for an hour or two. After that you have to pay. I mean, common.
Overall atmosphere: The Stench. The lobby has an extreme moldy stench. The hallway has a different stench. No general ice machine, the office close but they give the phone number to call since the office landline wasn’t working. It makes you feel not to trouble another person.Suggestion: Install curtains in the room, if the room is already assigned, make sure the towels are kept,shampoos are kept etc.
Conclusion: For the amount being paid, I'd look for other hotels first.
The place was nice but the service was awful the whole crew was arguing bout stupid stuff on why one couldnt get off early n the rooms were dirty had to wait 30 mins at the desk and still with them arguing they didnt accommodate my needs then the air conditioning was all screwed up with it giving out a loud crackin noise like it was bout to explode overall I give it a 2.5 out of 5 they could do better!!
Love it here! The staff is awesome going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Clean rooms. Secure inside and outside. Pet friendly. Their prices beat the competition.
