I don’t even know where to start. If I could give this place negative 5 star review I would. This place is absolutely horrible. Upon check in I arrived at the lobby of the hotel. Lobby was very small. After I checked in I went into the lobby of the hotel to the elevators. In the main lobby of the hotel there was a horrible smell. Then I got into the elevator. Same smell and very dirty. Got to my floor walked out of the elevator smell got even worse in the hallway. Got to my room open the door with my key. First thing I see is a rusted refrigerator and again same bad smell. In my room there was dirty bed sheets dirty towels. Called downstairs to get some new sheets and towels. Front desk tell me that they don’t give out sheet and towels. Absolutely unacceptable. I paid over 400 dollars for a week of stay and I would NEVER do business with them again. There is drug activity on the premises so it’s not safe at all. All of the door locks were barely working. This place needs to be shut down. Those people will rip you off and will not work with you. I spoke to Russel. He is the manager of the hotel. He did not care at all about what my concerns were. I asked for a half of the refund and he said absolutely not. People please stay away from this place. This place is not safe at all.

My family and I recently lost our home and had to find a place fast. I called here and the front desk lady Renee was so sweet and friendly I decided to book and come the same day. As soon as we walked in it smelled like cinnamon and Renee greeted us with the warmest smile. She allowed me to view the room before checking in and to be honest our room was actually clean and had no issues. We’ve been here for a few days now and it has been quiet, my children have found other children to play with and the staff here is so friendly and wonderful especially Renee! I’m so happy we chose this hotel !! No bugs, no drama, pet friendly, friendly staff !

I actually only lasted 1 hour in this room before I checked out. The floor was sticky, there was mold/mildew growing on the outside of the bathtub. The mirror was damaged and had a blackened bottom. The toilet bowl looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and had a long hair on it. The shower head was covered in some kind of brown tinged grime. There was paint on the floor as if a child had done an art project there, paint on the wall of the bathroom and paint on the night stand. The nightstand had what appeared to be severe water damage on the edges. The beds looked like they had come from some kind of military barracks (though they were made and appeared clean.) The bathroom door was missing the latch, and had extremely worn areas on the door (like someone had ripped a veneer covering off) and a hole in it where it appeared someone had kicked it in.

But hey, I've lived in a third world country, so I can make this work for one night, right? By that point it was 10:30pm after a crazy long day. Just go to sleep. I tried. Even turned the lights off and settled in. Then forgot something, so I turned on the lights again just as a cockroach crawled across the wall. Yep, that was the end of that for me.

When I notified the on call night person (who was apologetic and very nice), she said something about how I may have been put in a room that was supposed to be closed for remodeling. She offered to put me in another room, but at that point, there was no recovering it. I did insist on a refund and she said she would have the daytime manager call me the next day. When I hadn't heard from anyone by 2pm the next day, I called them. They did issue a refund, so that was good, but I'll never stay at a WoodSpring Suites again.

I absolutely LOVE Renee! I told her I would leave a review just for her but I’m going to be completely honest! This place needs a MAJOR TAKEOVER! FIRE EVERYONE EXCEPT RENEE AND MEAGEN! Especially Elizabeth! See for The “manager” Cristina is NOT friendly nor professional! She always is either sitting down or hiding and she won’t talk to you or engage. It’s like she’s afraid and I am an active guest and I always pay on time and usually mind my own however this place has been going down since before the old manager was here. Why won’t you all put someone who isn’t afraid of people and providing quality as the manager? I tried to tell Cristina about her girls and compliment Renee just for her to tell me “she’s not a manager, she barely knows anything” and that’s who you all have in leadership? Someone that hates to bring others up and see them be great?! When the gentlemen Porter something was here, things were drastically different. It was cleaner, no one ever cleans the parking lot here, the back of the hotel is full of trash, the hall ways stink, the doors barely open/ shut, the side doors are always propped open with objects, the vending machines barely work, there’s drug activity and domestic incidents almost everyday. The ONLY reason I stay and continue to stay is because of Renee. She has made our stay so comfortable and always speaks or has a smile on her face! I love how willing she is to fix a problem even if she’s unsure, she will find out and reach back out and make it happen! My children love her and talk to her every chance they get. I love Meagan because she’s always very friendly. The other girls can go! Elizabeth is extremely rude and doesn’t understand the true quality of customer service and the sad part is she will never care. That new girl is ok but she’s always outside or barely at the desk. If they really wanted this place to be ran smoothly they would listen and be respectful, they would make sure the rooms look up to par. When we checked in there were no blankets or pillows on the beds and I’m in a double with my children and husband. This place has the potential to be amazing but because you all put too much attention towards the wrong things and issues you’ll always be be behind. But thank you RENEE! I hope you see this and know you are awesome and do a great job!

I’ve been here for about 4 months give or take and I really like it. the people here treat you like family both the staff and other guests also. They are more than willing to help find solutions to most of your concerns within their power . Christina Meagan and Rene are the sweetest people I’ve ever delt with when it came to being professional and also understanding of unexpected occurrences I over all do feel safe here which is why I continue to stay here month after month while I get back on my feet after unexpected turns in life I definitely recommend this place to people short term or extended stay. But as with anywhere that has many people coming through it on a nightly basis nothing is always going to be perfect but they do their best to make sure all of the guests are comfortable in every way even if they have to go out of their way to do so and a business is only as good as their staff is. And I appreciate this hotel for that

My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived to find that my room had been sold to someone else. The staff offered no solution, leaving us stranded and forced to scramble to find another hotel late at night. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience. I expected much better from this establishment, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shocking. Be cautious when booking here—your reservation might not mean much to them. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Book at your own risk!

First thing you smell when you walk in is pee, then there's no one to even check you in or out, not only that, their "system" charged us 244 but the real price when we got there on paper was 170, price jumping 70$ got a 2 star hotel and just to see a roach having his daily walk on the hallway wall on the way to my room, and when i get to my room it smells like straight cigarettes and pine sol, smells like they tried covering up the smell of the cigarettes, believe me when i tell you DONT stay here, i read the reviews and i thought "oh it's not that bad" until i got there. DO NOT waste your money or time even bothering entering that property.

My stay at this hotel was a 4/5. The housekeeper did not clean my room properly when I checked in. She didn’t even speak English but Zykearia made sure she cleaned my room for me the next day she even went above and beyond to let me see the room before I fully checked in. My previous visit a month ago was horrible so to see a new face at this property is amazing. She went above and beyond her customer service skills are out of this world. Strictly professional and sweet at the same time she needs a raise. I thought she was the manager until she advised she wasn’t.
