My wife and I stayed here for a month and a half. The front staff Jamal always had a smile on his face was very polite went out of his way to make her stay wonderful. Housekeeping always had it smelling amazing in there. They made Sure, we had everything we needed for our stay. The Manager was amazing. We were supposed to stay longer so we paid in advance, but we had to check out because of work ending. He made sure we had everything that we needed. At Check out. The security there is amazing always felt safe. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody. It’s like staying at your grandma‘s house back in the day. You feel comfortable safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.
My family & I stayed here for 10 days for an event. We had 2 rooms between us, and while we had a very minor issue in one room, the staff remedied it quickly and with excellent customer service. Everyone was incredibly nice, courteous, etc, and the rooms were comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean & everything worked well, coffee in the lobby was a nice touch (and there all day!), and it was great access easy on-off the highway to get around the Columbus area. Definitely more of a long-term stay place, but we did not feel out of place being there "only" 10 days; the other guests were all very pleasant & nice. We'd stay here again if in the area.
So far, the hotel is great! Most helpful front desk staff (I recommend looking for dany or ray) that do their best to respond to your needs and answer any questions you might have. Maintenance responds fairly quickly if there is an issue. The location is great. There’s a gas station in front if you need snacks or something and the vending machines don’t have what you’re looking for, and available linen if you can’t wait for house keeping. Full fridge (non mini) and a kitchenette so you don’t have to worry about being on a noodle diet while you stay here like most hotels. Very spacious and clean rooms, would definitely recommend.
I woke up on Thanksgiving to the security guard fighting the police with his uniform still on. My kids were terrified. I have stayed here a few times and there is always a problem the fire alarm goes off for 10 minutes waking up my kids every time when i go to the office during overnight NOONE is ever there. Also when I call for towels the guy answers the phone half sleeping and then takes what seems to be forever to come to the office. not sure what they having going on there but after waking up seeing security for the hotel fighting the police just be safe and pick another hotel.
I have lived here over a year and Danny and Ray and staff are absolutely the best! The rooms are spacious and clean and they are pet friendly ❤️. I would recommend this place to anyone, you definitely won't be disappointed, they make you feel at home and always go above and beyond. I would give more stars ???? if it would let me ????
I was staying at the extended stay in Worthington, Ohio for a month, and i finally got my chance to book a 30 day stay here at the woodsprings at urbancrest and it was a major upgrade for the same money. Larry was great to work with at the front desk, made everything a smooth and easy process.
I am really glad that I picked this hotel for my stay. I can't say enough about the employees here. Danny is beyond professional and kind. I met him first when I arrived and was truly blown away immediately.
It wasn't just "here's your room # and key", rules, etc with a flat effect. No, he gave me so much information about the hotel, their services and the room, plus the area; like places to eat, grocery stores and more, which, for me was super helpful. In fact, my daughter and I both noticed his high level of professionalism and talked about it as we walked to the room because she has also managed a hotel in her past. We were already off to a good start here!
They keep this place very clean and it always smells AMAZING as you walk through the door. All the staff I've encountered are friendly and kind, and are always there to help with a smile. The second shift staff member I have spoke with and the tall third shift employee are awesome as well. They have always been helpful and friendly when I've needed something or had a question. (I'm sorry I don't know their names ????????♀️) They have never once acted as if I'm bothering them in any way, and I'm up and down all night so I do see them????. One day I brought the staff cookies and the second shift employee made it a point to thank me as I walked in one day. It's these little things that make ALL the difference! The manager is also very approachable and charming, which isn't always the case at other places, in my experience. Overall, all the staff I've encountered have been very good natured and they always have a smile when they greet me or as I walk by.
Oh...did I mention how secure this hotel is? There is always a staff member available if needed, around the clock, and the entry has double locked doors that are only accessible by key card. The last place I stayed was not that way. I feel safe here and I enjoy coming back after work each day.

I found out that the area isn't the best to stay at. My truck got broke into and there wasn't anything valuable in sight. The person just broke the window and hopped in thru the window. Didn't steal anything valuable, but it did suck that It costed me a pretty penny to get the window replaced. Property was only able to get a photo of the vehicle but not clear enough to get license plate. I was planning on stayin there for over a month or longer, but after that incident, I changed my mind. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable and being able to cook was why I picked that place to stay at. Hope they get better cameras and/or night security to patrol the area.
