Well It was OK. The drain for the sink literally fell apart when draining it after doing dishes. I was a plumber from 17 to 21 years old so not a problem but could of been really bad. Here's the worst part. I was wearing clothes all week, come time to do laundry every single washer and all but one dryer was out of service. Never got comped money, extra night or nothing. And all I could smell was nasty a$$ cigarettes.???? Long drive to Pittsburgh in dirt clothes. Thanks. I will never be back.
Someone stole out of my room but made sure to make the bed and give me one new towel. Clerk had no answers and Said I had to wait for a manager to either give me a call or to show up to work on Monday it's currently Sunday my room was cleaned a few days ago and I opened my personal lock box that I left unlocked because I expected no one to come in and clean during my stay and a $50 item was stollen from it.(update) manager spoke to me and told me no one's stolen here before and she would ask the housekeeping and laughed while telling it to me and I told her I will file a police report if I don't hear back from her today and she continued to giggle and say she's fine with that... completely unprofessional and disrespectful don't come to this grimy establishment. Corporate will be contacted.
Thebservice is very friendly (when you can get it). The bed frames are the cheapest you can buy and the sheets don't stay on the mattress. The TVs are 32" (small) and the circuitry in my room was wired so I had to have at least three lights on or no lights. I'm ok with minimalism but not for the price they're charging. More than like you're going to be waiting in a line to get a room as the clerks have a very intense job and process one person per 10 minutes. My biggest gripe is that on my last day, as I'm moving all my stuff to my vehicle, my card stopped working and they don't have a person to work the front desk at night so I called their hotlibe for assistance and a woman told me someone was on the way. I waited for 30+ minutes for someone to show up and allow me back into my room!! It made me late for work and was an incredible inconvenience. They definitely need help in terms of availability and customer service. Won't stay here again. No bed bugs but I did come across 1 roach.
Miranda was really sweet and exhibited exceptional customer service at the check in desk. My room was clean and looked great. My one complaint that honestly was quite annoying, is the fact these walls are so thin. Idk if there were some methheads up the weekend my partner and I stayed but we would hear loud repetitive bangs and furniture being moved around allllll throughout the night. I had to keep the AC blasting to block it out as much as possible. Stomping, wall shakes, floor vibrations, and loud noises are never nice to enjoy. You guys should come up with a legit complaint system on some of the people who stay here I would've loved to call and get them kicked out. Outside of this it is conveniently located to Columbus and other spots if you're trying to get away but stay semi close to downtown.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Got into my room and it was nasty. We had to clean it ourselves. Talked to the front desk and the lady I spoke with the first time was so sweet and helpful but the room still did not get cleaned! Then the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking at 11:40 at night. Talked to the front desk and the lady was rude and said “ it’s normal.” Gave me towels and sent me on my way. Well the ceiling started leaking the SAME DAY I talked to them at 7:30 at night and once again they just put a towel down and said it’s all they can do.
I will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone. The smell is horrible too! So much noise it’s ridiculous!
Kids running all over the place yelling and screaming at all hours of the night/morning. Person above me thought they should let there two kids run around stomping all night. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL IVE STAYED IN. Roach motel 10/10
Nasty. Smoky even though requested non smoking floor. I truly felt like a roach might crawl across the toe of my high-heeled shoe just like in Reba McEntire's Here's your one chance,Fancy, don't let me down. I went home and showered and canceled the next night. However, I can't say enough wonderful things about every staff member at the actual hotel, including the assistant manager who gave us a full refund on the second night. It was truly jank and disgusting!!
Was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The service check-in was great. The problem was people hanging around on cars most of the night, lack of security! Had to put up a sheet over the blinds being on the 1st floor people can watch you sleep
