The staff at this hotel are incredibly welcoming and upbeat.The rooms are clean and very comfortable. My family and I are always pleased with all their services that they offer. The staff is personably and patient. They offer weekly maid services and all the maids are very caring,& helpful! Great location, great kitchenette for cooking meals and comfortable big rooms great for families who need extended stays.
I went for this hotel because I only needed to stay in Columbus for less than a day, and I figured I shouldn’t pay too much for a night’s sleep. I think I should have paid more for another hotel. The cleanliness of this place is non-existent. THERE ARE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. I returned to my room late at night after the front desk had closed and found 13 cockroaches crawling around on the walls throughout the night before I was able to sleep. When I woke up in the morning and turned the lights on, I found new ones crawling on the walls. I don’t know where they were coming from. I smushed them all with tissue paper, and looked through the reviews on here and realize this is something that other guests have mentioned in the past. It is disgusting. Besides the roaches, the halls, elevator, and lobby area all smell like weed smoke and mold. Would never stay at this hotel or any from this company ever again. Clean your rooms.
Worst service I have experienced in a very long time. I called to check on the rate. It was a huge hassle. I happened to mention that I saw a special online and that was it. The person refused to move past it. They said “I don’t know because I don’t know anything about a special”. I said “ok, no worries about the special, let’s take it out of the equation. What is your weekly rate?” The person said “I have a customer, hold on” Then they immediately hung up. I gave it a little time and called back. The same person answered but now said “The front desk is closed, I can’t help you.” I explained that I had been hung up on. Then I recognized the person’s voice and said “Wait, aren’t you the same person I spoke with earlier?” The guy then would only repeat “thank you, you have a good night. Goodbye” In a very aggressive tone. I needed a place to stay long term while searching for a home that’s close to my new job but I’d rather stay anywhere else. In fact I will recommend my friends who also travel for work steer clear of this place entirely.
Horrible room, uncomfortable beds, broken blinds, maybe placed in wrong side? Where people who stay on vouchers stay. Scary rules kicked out if police come, kicked out if found drinking outside of room exc. Best part was the clerk at the desk who was sweet and kind. With taxes and fees became about 92 dollars for the night. I think maybe two sides because the reviews seemed so good.
This is the best hotel stay I have ever had. Very clean and smells so good in the hallways and elevators. Staff is friendly and makes me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
I had an amazing stay at this location, stuff and management were a great help checking in, quick response to everything. William Fox the manager was the spirit of the whole place approachable and hospitable the whole stay he always checked in to make sure everything was okay
The bed was comfortable! The staff was really great! Told me information about the area! The housekeepers was accommodating when asked for more towels and toilet paper! The on site manager Terrill H was freaking amazing! Great conversation and you can tell he loves his job and the hospitality industry! Our stay was great!
Five stars ???? for me. Starting from the cleanness of the parking lot. To The front desk lady who was so wonderful and sweet with helping me out with all my accommodations. The rooms were clean, it would have been five stars for the rooms as well but the beds could be updated. More/ or brighter lighting in the bathrooms. Pet friendly hotel was a plus for me.
