If I could give Negative stars I would. The place is super run down and the whole place should be torn down. The hotel smells terrible, like must and urine. The room I was offered had a completely yellow refrigerator, stains of what looked like soda poured down the sides (but who knows what it was) and it was all rusted. I would NEVER bring my children to this establishment. When i declined the room, the hotel refused a refund and hung up on me. Hotels.com also tried to call multiple times to help me get my money back from this filthy place and they hung up on them as well. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS DISGUSTING.
This place deserves zero stars. It is absolutely disgusting. The place reeked of smoke. Our room had bugs crawling on the walls, floor and beds. The walls were stained. The place needs to be demolished.
This place could use some upgrades and deep cleaning. It was very hard to breathe in the elevator and hallways due to a smell of filth.
The staff was helpful. The room was surprisingly clean, even the bathroom. I was only surprised because the hallways etc smelled so awful to the point where we had to hold our breath or punch or nose.
Only recommended as a last resort/option.
I give a no star for this place. There is roaches coming out of the walls and the floor is sticky and you feel like you about to fall through the floor. The microwave was discussing. You ask for a queen bed and they put you with two twins. The pictures they show is nothing like what it really is also the staff and manager is rude and hostile with their guest. I recommend that no one stays here unless you want to bring roaches back home. You would think you paying what they want for someone to stay 2 weeks the rooms would be appropriate and clean and if a emergency came up they would refund you by cc or cash you paid with but nope. The people that run this company must be nasty as well as there hotel. Never again lesson learned.
Y'all funny wanting a $150 deposit with halls smelling like cigarettes and weed and hot piss???? then the check in lady has her dog with her jumping around the office ewww how unsanitary. Looking at other recent reviews seem like this place needs to work on a few things and they should start with the checkin lady her attitude stinks like the building.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Roaches every where it was a last minute booking.. The pictures on the website looks nothing like the actual hotel. When we arrived we had to call a number just to check in a man came down stairs looked like he just got out of bed. No room service at all. And could hear the dog that was down stairs on the first floor barking all night long. The smell is horrible.
We booked a non smoker room and got there late and they gave us a smoker room which was the last room available. Got fully refunded but not fun staying up 2 am trying to find a place to sleep.
STAY AWAY! Good named hotel that is actually attached disgusting ghetto building. This room was booked as a last minute trip. Pictures online do not come close to what you actually find this building should have been torn down years ago. When you first walk in the entrance area should scare you away. But we were tired and just wanted a place to stay. The hallways were disgusting. The room looks like I have never been cleaned. Yes you’re told that they want you to check out the room before you check him. When you use a third-party website you have to take and go ahead with the reservation or you lose your money. We looked at multiple rooms. 1st one had mold all over the ceiling and walls. Finally against my best judgment settled on one. I went to Walmart and had to get cleaning supplies. I could never get the place to feel clean enough. It’s bad enough when your feet stick to the carpet. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The refrigerator was rusting out and the air conditioner is being held in by 2 x 4. The beds would remind you of something that was gotten from the dump. As military family I know that sometimes military families are placed in places like this until housing can come available. Places like this take advantage of that.
The best part of it all is one oust about getting some thing fixed. We were told we only have one maintenance man for the entire property and he can only do what he can do.
Please look for other places before you book with this place!
