I feel safe at this location and my dog and are very pleased. Staff is very polite and would recommend to my family and friends. Good shopping near and very convenient to access the highway. The only down fall is that people don’t pick up after there dogs and sometimes that is evident but overall I’m satisfied with the hotel.
I recommend this place to people traveling with family or who need long stays for the comfort they offer . I stayed here because was the lowest price I found that it was under my budget, i decide to stayed even after seeing the review of a person who mentioned that there were cockroaches, honestly I didn't see any cockroaches . So The room was clean, comfortable, Spacious also It has a little stove in the room which helped me not to eat from the street and save some money. Very respectful and friendly employees, I had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance employee, avery nice and very hardworking. First of all, let me start off by saying Amanda, Latrice, & Summer are amazing. |Their customer service is great, every single time. ||Yra, the general manager, the asian woman, is literally the worst. From locking people out of their rooms, (WHICH IS ILLEGAL), to speaking to residents, disrespectfully, to not caring about people's sick children, to invading the privacy of your room. She is the absolute worst. She needs to take some customer service and managerial classes. She does not need to be a manager. The rooms have roaches and are dirty. The WIFI is constantly going out and the lights are always going out. Please FIX IT!!!!
Stayed here for a night, and the hotel was nice for the price, but Daryl was the real star of the show! From the moment I checked in, he made sure I had everything I needed. Friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on his face—Daryl turned what could have been an average stay into a memorable one. Honestly, if every hotel had a Daryl, travel would be a breeze. Thanks, Daryl, for making my check in awesome!
I really i appreciate the great service I got. Latrice from the front desk helped us out she was amazing her customer service was great as well .our room was spacious and clean it had a nice view of the freeway overall I really recommend staying here
Why the hell is this place allowed to operate? The elevator and key system have been down for over a week and they still charging us full stay and 100 deposit. The employees have to open the doors for us every time we go out and the crazy manager makes the pregnant employee walk up and down the hotel stairs without elevator. What a nightmare!!! I will report to OSHA for the elevator
My room is nice, especially for an extended stay hotel. The staff is pleasant & engaging, except for the 3rd shift front desk lady (she NEVER speaks or engages) & housekeeping supervisor (she literally asked an employee why was she cleaning my room when they had vacancies, in front of me)! The location feels a little industrial, but I feel safe (woman traveling alone) and I have not had any major issues. I would recommend this place to friends, family, & you!
