We talked to a hotel representative at night and she was super helpful and patient with us as me and my fiancée were driving in from 8 hours away overnight. She was gone and said that the manager (Eric) would be present when we arrived. She could not have been any better and I wish i knew her name so she can get the recognition she deserves.
When we arrived we called multiple times with no response and waited in the lobby. When he finally did open up the door(?) We told him we were checking in (this was early in the morning and we prechecked in already) he shoved his hand out in front of my fiancée and said check in time was at 3:00 pm. We said we already called and was told that the room would be available when arrived. That seemed to be super inconvenient for him and he acted as if it needed an act of congress to find anything helpful. After receiving our cards the elevator reeked of Marijuana and when we arrived in the room it was as bare bone as you could get. The mattress was stiff and the pillows were not good. You'd have a better chance sleeping in a folding chair and water bottle. After experiencing everything combined we decided that it would not be worth it to stay due to the attitude of the manager and the state of the room. We left without being there more than 30 minutes.
Rooms arent bad but I rented a room twice back in December of 2023. Came back July 2024 and apparently you have to be 21 to rent even though I was 18 at the time & 19 currently. Per policy on their webpage it says you have to be 18 to reserve and check-in. I asked Camille, the lady at the front desk, to see the policy where it says you have to be 21 and she said she couldnt find it. She said she started working there in September of 2023 well before I even rented. I guess the policy depends on whos working at the time.
Traveling for work, I drove over 4 hours to find out they wouldn't accept my cat, no mention of this on their website or confirmation email. It says "pet friendly," so why would I think to inquire further? The whole point of booking online is to avoid automated phone systems and endless conversations with customer service agents! A woman arrived from FL at the same time as me and was turned away with a reservation because she was traveling with a cat as well. I was graciously allowed to stay and pay for one night due to my inconvenience - after speaking to the company president. Staff were helpful, but this place is not worth the money. 2 flat pillows, no oversized chair in this "extended stay" hotel and the room stank. Zero comfort value with a tiny TV, and they upcharge for "fast" internet service. A/C sounds like it could self destruct at any moment. Vending is more than the posted pricing. No extra linens, blankets or pillows in the room and with no sitting chair it's impossible to get comfortable and relax. It would be infinity better with only a few basic upgrades/creature comforts, but is it stands I recommend looking elsewhere.
I took the trouble to come and comment since I think it's a trap what happens with this hotel, they say they accept dogs but when you arrive, you have to pay $200 of non-refundable deposit, and another $10 per day, are they crazy? They have to say that they do not accept pets and prevent you from wasting time and money, I do not recommend this hotel at all, low quality of service
This hotel was disgusting. The house keeper "cleaned" our room beforehand. There are black dirty hand prints all over the bathroom. Floors were not swept. Remote had sticky goop all over it. Sheets weren't even changed there was brown stuff all over the sheets along with dead roaches under the pillows. Toilet doesn't flush. No worries though, when the lights were turned off all the live roaches came out to play. Hall ways and stairways also linger of weed, which is not what I want to walk through being pregnant or with my 11 month old child.
I'm staying here while my new apt is being cleaned after previous tenant moves out. Clean floors and bathroom.Comfortable bed and cable TV are nice. I like the two burner stove and microwave . Good price for this room
Pretty bare for a room, but it had everything I needed, couldn't get the TV to work.
When I checked in the floor was disgusting I had to clean it. turned the white towel black when I turned it into the office. Eric told me he had rags I told him I didn’t know that I just checked in. It should’ve been clean went without water for two days TV for one day. Smells like pot in the stairwells 24/7 no compensation from the hotel for no water for two days or no TV for a day . The Hotel DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT 2 provide water
At least for the flush your toilet… DIDNT even attempts also, when you check in oh they have CARTS but when you go to check out, there is none none none for a handicapped individual that some really hard task.PLEASE keep seeking.. I seriously doubt that they will even post is apology meant for this mess and arable fiasco
