- 5 stars ⭐️ I don’t know where to start this is the worst room I have stayed in. When you first arrive they ask you to check out the rooms, Red flag #1. When you see the room it does not look like the pictures on the website Red flag #2. When you tell the front desk about it all they can do is apologize. I don’t live like this at home and I don’t live like this on the road. This place needs to be shutdown and destroyed and try it again this roach ???? infestation is more than a problem. What put the icing on the cake is I killed a pregnant roach ???? that was carry the next load smh ????????♀️. How do stink bugs get in the room and not outside the window. To be told that refunds will not given by staff is unacceptable. Obviously the owner is not using the money that they are given for the right reasons or they are living the same way at there home. I never had to come to a room and had to leave immediately to go get roach spray and bombs. I’m so disappointed and disgusted. This is a total catfish suite don’t waste your time or your hard earn money ????….
Amazing extended stay!! Jessica the front desk gm is amazing and very kind. Staff is always friendly, always at you every need if you need something, & the place smells amazing! Going to be my home until I can find one. I highly recommend woodspring suites in fairfield for your stay!
This was the worst room I have ever had. We did not see the room until later because we checked
in and left for a family gathering. The refrigerator looked like it was in a flood. The bottom was rusted and brown splotches were all over the front of it. There is no phone in the room. The walls all had brown splashes on them and I’m not sure what it was????
There was no one down at the registration desk so we had no choice but stay. We walked right into the security door and our Grandson pushed it open without using our key card.
I reserved a room and when I checked in they said they had a roach infestation problem. They did offer to refund my money before I would accept the key. I gladly canceled the reservation for a refund
This hotel is absolutely awful! Thankfully I guess we got the better of the awful rooms because we didn’t see any roaches, rats or bedbugs. But the room smelled terrible. We always bring our own disinfectant spray so we sprayed everything upon entry. Dirty window sills, dirty carpet, backed up sink and just dirty. The smoke alarm went off at 1am and only us and 1 other person left out because apparently this is something that happens often and the people staying there know this. Some random guy came from across the parking lot while we were outside and told us this. Only “good” things I can say is that the people at the front desk were very nice, the water pressure in the shower was good and the water was hot. And the fridge was cold. Don’t stay here… and woodspring… do better ????
Rooms aren't anything fancy wish the beds where bigger or atleast an option to have king size. They say a queen but looks more like a full size. But the good things is it's location is easy to find food gas stations ect. Staff I's friendly and helpful .They definitely aim to keep customers satisfied and keep good repor with the long term and short term guests.
Desk employee was nice which is the only reason for giving more than 1 star. Hotel is a low rent unit with questionable people loitering around constantly. No ice or coffee. Units are run down. Worst thing is the vent in bathroom that is not even a working vent, just lets in all the smoke and skunk weed from other rooms. So disgusting!
Do NOT STAY Here!!!. and hotel rep please do not respond with your generic a@@ response.what do you do hit copy and paste.The owner of this place should be ashamed of his/her self. Live roaches, bedding dirty,had brand new white socks on.Had to throw them away.They were black from walking in my room.Floor filthy.Drug deals in parking lot.tenant in rm.120 thinks he is the only person in the hotel. Very loudly yelling cussing the entire time I was there.Dude have respect for other people.i am homeless, my sister got me this room for the night.I would suggest since I scrubbed that room with bleach.You need to refund her money.Im not stopping here either. All of your reviews say the same things.oh and the exposed wiring.osha and board of health will be called.
