So the clerk at the front desk took a while to check us in (however this is understandable. It means they're doing their job and security reasons and etc).
My room however for how much I spent on it- just for overnight was not cool.
My TV in the room BARELY worked. We just ended up watching shows on our phones. There were clumps of hair that was NOT ours in the bed, and we were throughly disgusted.
If you stay here, make sure you check the cleanliness of the rooms.
This place smells like a cannabis subway sandwich dipped in fabuloso. Booked 2 beds, was told I booked one. Showed my booking confirmation and he shrugged it off, like, oh well…Asked for a roll away bed, they don’t have any. Asked the clerk if I was supposed to sleep on the floor, I got a blank stare. The first room had the bathroom faucet completely broke off, held on by the water lines…
Took my situation up with Hotels.com and they also failed to do anything.
I will be contacting my bank to reverse these charges as the hotel denied any sort of refund or discount.
Find somewhere else, this place is a joke.

when me and my girl got there hallways smelt like doo-doo, i guess people were living there or they had dogs. we get to our room, it was small like a basic hotel room. had no remote so we had to use the tv to change the channels. we had to bring our own things as in soap and toothpaste. then when it was time to leave, the workers knocking on our door trying to give us a heads up on leaving when our check out time was 11:00am and it was 10:26am. then i left my charger there too so yeah i won’t be visiting this hotel again. 0/10 worst experience ever ngl
Reggie accompanied me upon arrival, I personally appreciated the customer service here. The manager does very well at making sure that the guests are comfortable.
holes in the wall, chipped paint, chairs literally falling apart. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the entire place smelled of marijuana. Its not really a hotel its an apartment building complete with a school bus stopping out front for the kids living there.

I made a personal complaint to corporate regarding my experience at Woodspring Suites Tinley Park. IL but have not received any follow up. Customer concerns should be taken seriously, especially when they are serious!!!
This place is little more than a hostel with private rooms, a list of rules as long as your arm, and you have to take your trash to the dumpster yourself.
My room was dirty. The sink was coated with an oil substance, could be a stainless steel cleaner but it was never wiped off. All I can smell is the petroleum based cleaner.
There were bits of food (?) In the sink and the desk chair.
There was a greasy coating on the counter, the microwave, and what appeared to be a can opener under the microwave. There was also a hair in that substance on the (?) can opener.
There was a hair on the bathroom counter. Some kind of moisture in the bathroom sink and counter. 5 hours after check in the moisture was still there. Seems to be the same smelly oily substance on the kitchen sink.
The bathroom smelled of weed.
The elevator smelled of weed.
The hallways smelled of weed.
About 8 of 10 people I passed smelled of weed.
I only smelled of rum which is strictly against the rules (FIVE PAGES OF RULES) unless only consumed in one's room.
