I would never stay here again. The room was decent and the man at the desk when I checked in was nice. But I didn't feel safe there. It was an eerie set up in the front. People live there and there's no hotel staff overnight. The elevator sounds and feels like it's about go crashing down. People were loud both nights. However, the 2nd night I stayed, the couple next door were raising their voices, letting doors slam, being loud and obnoxious all night long. Then at about 3 AM, they started fighting and could not care less who they may be disturbing. They were screaming at the top of their lungs. The cops were finally called at 4 AM. After they left, the couple went at it again and continued until after sunrise. That part is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but when I called down to the front desk to ask for a late check out so I can actually get some sleep before my long drive, she was not very nice. No apology, no understanding, nothing. It's like I was bothering her with this information and request. She even mentioned a $40 charge for a late check out!! So although it wasn't enough time, I just asked for a half hour and she graciously gave it to me. It was a rough ride home and I slept all the next day, which ruined a perfectly good Sunday. And please don't bother with a canned response, Dawn Crownhart. It's very impersonal and disrespectful.

Genuine cockroach infestation in our room, hotel charges for anything extra, and we were just flat out denied an extra blanket.

Minus 5 stars, I booked this place for a staff member for 3 nights, rooms do not come close to expectations of a clean and comfortable hotel. Only used one night, and asked for a refund and the manager went off on me, called corporate, they agreed that we needed a refund for the next two nights, they told corporate no as well. Corporate could not believe the way the manager handled it either. This place allows for two rolls of toilet paper, and charges for each additional, they sell coffee pots and pots, pans and utensils if you want to use the kitchenette. A very dirty hotel in desperate need of a makeover from top to bottom. Beware of the no refund policy.
So... I didn't book this room as it was done for me by my employer. Looking at the reviews I was freaking out just a bit. I gotta say however my experience has been great. I've stayed in two different rooms and neither of them were bad. Thomas has gone out of his way to ensure my experience has been a good one and that my expectations are met.
Note: This isn't a fancy hotel. There are no frills...no cafe...no bar...no pool...no workout room. It's simply a place to sleep, shower and cook should you decide to. There's a full size refrigerator and a two burner cooktop.
This place stays busy so book in advance.
Do not stay at this facility. The pictures and advertising is very very misleading. Upon arrival we quickly felt like we were in an old mental ward or tortured nursing home. We were forced to pay up front for a full week stay. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash to the floor. And when we got to our room it was disgusting. Beds were slept in, Smelled like three day old sweat and there were foot prints all over the floor. Needless to say we immediately turned around. Took our chances with the elevator again because we had no choice with a wheelchair.
I requested a full refund and a month later I'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Don't call the number in google. Its 3rd party scammers. I paid them through the phone and they sent me a confirmation of the reservation to my email. When we got the motel the front desk said there is no reservation and we had to pay it again. I called the service and they promised to return the money but never did.
The staff we met were friendly and tried to be helpful. My biggest complaint is that our room wasn't very clean. At first glance, the floor looked clean until I closed the bathroom door. There was a ton of hair, filth and even some dog food behind the door that had obviously been there quite some time. The vent in the bathroom was filthy. The telephone was so incredibly dirty that it was scary to just look at it. The blinds were dusty. Bad smells in the hallway and elevator. The elevator sounded like it was ready to die - seriously, the sound of the braking system as it stopped was incredibly loud. The laundromat was clean, however, the credit card reader was not working. So you needed to scrounge up $6.00 in quarters to wash and dry one load.
Honestly .. this hotel is a joke, the employees are so disrespectful and the new management makes it no better! Stayed here for a little while. Me and my girl card was on file… the day renewal, we asked to pay later but decided to leave ( stay and pay for 7 days or leave ) we later decided to leave… because the are beyond disrespectful and the police is there if not everyday ! Every other day. Anywho, LOL ! They waited until almost MIDNIGHT ! To charge my card ! Not only my card ! But my girl card as well! If front desk closes at 10, why is my card being charged at 11pm ! They tried charging me twice of 100$ ! Tried charging my girl 210 and another 100… do the math ! That’s 510$. They say there is an unpaid balance … of what ? WiFi ? Of 12$? And maybe a late fee of 15-20$ ? I could only imagine if all this money went threw off our cards that wouldn’t even try returning of it. It sucks also because there is people in there that gives them actual problems we never were that. Waiting to try in charge someone card in the nightly hours then thinking they will voluntarily do business with you is … insane!! 510 . Is theft not a “ small balance “ as stated. Gesh ! Watch out for this place !!
