The staff at this particular hotel was very attentive and efficient. You can really tell that keep the maintenance up to date. Definitely a must see for travelers! The rooms we clean but because of renovations the was an insect issue. The staff immediately came to the rescue by offering other rooms and even helping me get in touch with a sister location for the inconvenience.
Logie offered great customer service. He was very helpful. He made ma feel like I was right at home. 5 stars to Logie. The world needs customer service like his. Room smell good great building. Hallway smell good. Close to the restaurant too!
Overall it's a good place to stay. The General Manager is a real genuine person and will work with you any way that they can. Certain staff members aren't very people friendly but you learn to ignore the attitudes.
Ashanti is a great housekeeper. Sometimes I wonder, does she take days off. Her work has been above the line perfection. The fact that she has been exceptionally awesome at keeping the fourth floor from smelling like a smoking floor is beyond expectations. I think more housekeepers like her should be acknowledged.
Amazing staff. They’ve helped me through everything including giving me a free night when my paycheck hadn’t cleared yet due to the holidays. Shaun and Logie always give me a hand whenever I need it and they have helped me get discounts I otherwise wouldn’t have even known about. Highly recommend!
So I knew I was staying at a lower end hotel , I knew I would feel so so about staying here , but folks let me tell you , the GM whom is a very nice professional gentleman who was always helpful and kind , all the way down to housekeeping everyone was always super helpful and hospitable . Logan , Shawn & miss Chrissy all very kind helpful & awesome front desk associates , miss ashanti a very hardworking kind girl and always willing to help and asked if I needed anything anytime I saw her .. so don't let every bad review sway your thinking sometimes customers are just never happy with anything .. I had a comfortable stay in a clean room which was quiet and I had not one problem with any part of my stay I would definitely stay here again ...
Nahye has great customer service.. this place is very accommodating.. I would definitely recommend.. you will not be disappointed.. has a stove fridge and big shower. You can get a smoker room or non smoker room your choice.. I would definitely stay again
