Best WLM Reviews
I have really tried to like this place, have stayed three times. First time was great except for thin walls and noise. Second time was less great with cockroach crawling in my room so had to sleep with the light on since there were no more rooms. Third time was completely unacceptable. No bath towels, no top sheet on the bed, TV did not work, Phone did not work, could not get through to front desk, heard Reggaeton music through the wall all night, and toilet stopped working. They did refund my last two visits....so thank you for that but I wont be back.
We came here because the hotel that we were supposed to stay at was unhabitable. We stayed for a month, it was pretty clean, there were 5 fire alarms all false and 2 between 1 and 5 am due to sensor issues in the laundry room. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The TV didn't work at first but we told them and they fixed it. They supply you with a small pot and a few utensils, plates, and bowls, the internet was horrible, only could use a access code which we asked to pay for, we do not know if we were charged for it and it did not increase speeds. Mostly used a mobile Hotspot. It was loud at night, (moving furniture) the phone in the room worked the one time we used it. 2 beds that barley squeak 3 pillows on each bed. And the other customers are generally very nice and hold the door open for you. People smoke a lot outside but if you ask the front desk to tell them to stop they will. Would consider staying a second time.
Saw this place going for cheap price on priceline while in town seeing family. Photos looked nice so we decided to book. We were totally fooled.
1. Arrived and the hallways were full of crackheads and what looked like users.
2. Rooms were disgusting. Weird smell and grease all over the walls and what looked like dog hair all over the bed.
3. We were unloading out luggage and some dude across the hall looked high as a kite and came out of his room trying to fight us for absolutely no reason. Cops were called. We told the front desk and they refunded us thankfully but didn't seem roo concerned about the situation. Ended up getting another hotel in PA.
This place is a straight up trap house. Woodsprings corporate office should really consider doing an investigation.
Uhh I booked for a one night stay. But the rooms did not smell or look clean, there was cooking grease on the walls, the bathroom had rust all around the mirror. The chairs were beat to hell. The halls did not smell good and the elevators you can tell only get mopped because the walls were not clean. We checked in and checked right out. We didn’t even stay the night. The young lady at the desk was very nice and was the only good part of the stay. The location is great because it is right off of 295.
I really enjoyed the staff being so attentive to ours needs, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. I also was recommended great places to dine and an awesome Mall to shop at. My kids loved the gym on-site and I did as well. We appreciate the great hospitality.
Positive: The location and the staff Negative: Y'all use to have iron and ironing board. Plus y'all took pots and pans away, the floors was nasty, no paper towels cleaned dish, have to take out own trash
Great Location, Great staff, My only complaint was the bed. Being in a wheelchair, made it very difficult to get in and out of bed because the beds are all the same height. Height. I think for an ADA room they should make things a little different. Lower the frame of the bed. I think every hotel, not just your chain but should have a person in a wheelchair. Wheelchair come in and check out everything before it is marked compliant by the Americas or disabilities officer.
not the best, not the worst. 1st room double beds off floor but tv, phone broken but dishwasher worked. dishes, glasses and utensils provided but we bought our own paper towels, disinfectant and paper plates and plastic forks. Vending machine out of order, no extra towels or trashcan in bathroom- was back ordered they said. Laundry room was fine and ample parking. Our next room was single queen bed also with full sized fridge and kitchenette, but still no bath trash, working phone and constant running fan. walked out to front middle of night and saw front desk gate rolled down with sign that clerk would be back in am which is odd if they are supposed to be manned 24 hours. Definitely clean and inspect your rooms first cause our second room had dog hair in standup shower and toilet and room smelled like dog and there were scratches inside the lower part of bathroom door, caulking in sink was terrible job. For what we paid per night I think was high for 6 day stay. Location is in vicinity if shops, food, strip malls, gas stations BUT if you have a car it's tucked away from main roads so not easily accessible walking on road. However, it was safe and quiet enough even for our moving van. Girls at desk were nice enough to note our complaints. Prob would've stayed elsewhere though if we didn't need last minute availability that Saturday night so book early!
