LET ME TELL YOU HOW GREAT FREDDIE HAS BEEN TO ME !!!!! From the moment I grabbed a cart until currently, he has been phenomenal nothing but great help. I’ve honestly have never had this great of an experience at a hotel/extended stay ! Check in was smooth. He got me right into my room. Another employee helped me unload. I’m very impressed with this location. I plan on staying here for a few months. I’m glad I chose this location - Hope Freddie will be managing the whole time. I am on y’all’s property. He deserves a raise a Christmas bonus or something ! He was prepared from the time I walked in. I’m very impressed with his work thank you guys for having me here on your property. I plan to make sure I take care of Freddie as one of your Customers , He sure deserves it ! As well as the rest of the employees, they were very welcoming and helpful. My room was very clean. I’ve had no issues so far again thank you so much. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for an extended stay. |Again, thank you Freddie for all your help !!!!
This hotel is very well located and affordable. You get what you pay for. The pictures online are misleading. The outside looks good and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and respectful but it is not clean. The furniture is much more outdated than the photos and not well kept. Our sheets looked old and felt rough. I also suspect they weren’t washed. If they were they had lots of stains, and picked up hair in the mix. The one bed had random tape on the cover, the counter was sticky, there were fake eyelashes on the lamp, and cockroaches crawling on the wall at night. We choose not to shower there either.
Love this extended stay! I really love GM Sara she has been a safe haven along with the other staff as well. They have really made myself, son and husband feel safe while staying here . They have been very accommodating through thus difficult time we have been going through . I couldn't ask for a better extended stay to live in . Very professional, clean and very close to all the extra activities you enjoy ! Top golf is next door so that is definitely a plus !
I love staying at this WoodSpring Suites. I really enjoy seeing Freddie he always has a smile and always very pleasant. He is always willing to help out when he can. And Sara the GM she is Awesome right with Freddie. I will choose WoodSpring Suites every time .
Overall wasn’t a good stay I wish I could upload the video of roaches crawling around on the counter only thing I could upload was a picture of you look closely it’s a roach crawling under the socket looking at the other reviews management doesn’t care that roaches are in the rooms and says it’s “normal” which it is not just means that they are not doing a good job keeping the place clean and just want people to stay here under these conditions also upon arrival looking around house keeping doesn’t do anything as well the tub was still dirty still had previous customers hair in the shower. At this point just shut the whole hotel down and try again
The rooms were clean and upgraded. The staff, however, has been the best out of all the other hotels I have ever stayed at. They were very friendly, helpful and courteous.
If ever in the area and need great discount for an long stay then this is most definitely your place, The GM Sara was a great help for us and our company, due to us having to stay for over a month, if we encounter any issue or anything Sara and her great staff handled it including during our 1st week there was an issue with our refrigerator in room the staff quickly replaced it and discounted for the issue. I highly recommend Wood spring Suites Charlotte University Research Park for your stay
