This is easily one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The room smells like nothing but roaches. The toilet leaks onto itself and onto the floor. The room is dirty. The elevator smells bad. The halls smell bad. Had to get out, middle of the night. There should be a lounge in the lobby for guests who can't take the room smell anymore.
From Dallas: THE ABSOLUTE WORSE HOTEL IN TEXAS (can’t say the world because haven’t been but I’m sure it would be close) I had to book a hotel through TravelBank and thought I was finding a good deal, please spend the extra 20-40 dollars booking another MUCH nicer hotel. I booked for 4 nights and only stayed over night because it was so bad.

Positive: Nothing its a pet hotel you can smell pets in yhe hallway Negative: It could be clean a lot elevator had a lot of trash the looked like it came out of the army barracks
All the reviews are true, I was there for only 30 minutes and my husband and I decided to go somewhere else, and the receptionist said sorry no refund, and tried to give us all the excuses she could find about the place. She sent us to another worse room.

Restroom with papers, flies, roaches, no trowels.

Stay away. Booked this for a family of four, not what is posted. I had to ask that they clean the sheets who were filthy and had stains I don’t want to think about what they were. Staff did their best to clean but was visibly upset about it. Sketchy at night and bus load of people staying there - possible immigration? Decided not to stay and booked another hotel.
Internet was down half time. No services other than vending machines. No curtains. Broken blinds. Not a good place.
All the reviews are accurate and I wished I would have read them before booking the hotel. My room has a stale odor; there was a dead roach in the bathroom and under the cabinet; AC was not cooling the room; there was a shower head but no way to turn the shower on! Definitely do not recommend!
This has to be the worst stay I’ve ever had. Staff was completely rude and unhelpful. When we got to the room there was roaches and the A/C was not working! When I went down to report it the guy that was “on call” said well I’m not on the clock I’m just on call so your going to have to wait till the office opens at 10am tomorrow! When we went to go report it in the morning the lady at the front dead just took our room number and said she get someone to look at it. No one ever came and when we went to go down to report it again she said she can’t do refunds or change our room because she wasn’t a manager. We asked her if she could send someone to look at the a/c and she said we had to wait till Monday ! Honestly just pay a couple more dollars and get you a better place to stay. NEVER GOING BACK ! What a waste of money
