Best WLM Reviews

Onsite staff 5 Stars. Very helpful!! If you follow the rules you will not have any problems.
Booking agents 1 star: she was more concerned about getting me to listen to their sales pitch then she was in giving me information about my ESA animal and the fact that there would be a $50 charge.
Accomodations 1 star; air conditioner was at least 15 degrees off. Very hot and humid in the room even though we had it on its lowest settings. Fan couldn't be felt 3 feet away. The mattress cover was very stained and gross. We put our on sheets over theirs. Even though we booked a kitchen suite there were no pots, pans, cups, plates, coffee maker or utensils and at no point in the three times that I spoke with people was I told that. It was at least 80 in the elevator and very warm in the hallways. There is only 1 very slow, very busy elevator.
I've been here for 2 weeks. So far everything has been wonderful. Employee have all been great! The rooms are clean and everything works. Water did go out for a day but seems like it is more of a life happens situation than negligence. Laundry facility is functional and functions well. Big fan of the app based payments for the laundry and the vending machines.(Optional). For the price I didn't think you can beat it anywhere in Tulsa!
The staff here are very professional and very caring nice people Zac Jose Joe Kevin and Brandi and Daniella are all really sweet people we will miss them when we leave they keep this place very clean we've met some really good people here that I call friends now when we come back to town this is where we're going to stay thank you so much for your hospitality God bless!
Clean rooms with kitchen. No pests. Pets are welcome but are not sepersted into a seperate floor of the hotel whuch may bother some guests. It did not bother me. Weekly prices are competative. Coffee, guest laundry, gym, and vending machines are available. Fifeteen minute walk to restaraunts.
The room smelled like a bathroom and the toilet was not flushing. I checked in late due to a storm and was not happy that I had to first fix the toilet before I could use it. I only ever saw/spoke to one employee while I was there but he was friendly. And the hotel was easy to access right off the interstate. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a couple of miles
My husband and I just got here this evening. The room is nice for the most part. Our TV doesn't work..I think the batteries are bad but there is no one at the desk after 8 so can't fix that till tomorrow. we had to bring a lot of our stuff bc our apartment isn't ready for a few weeks. There is plenty of room and the bathroom is awesome ???? I'm really hoping that we love this place enough to stay for a few weeks. The only thing I didn't know was vaping wasn't aloud. In my defense our move was so stressful that my husband forgot to mention that part until he saw me about to take a puff....I assumed smoking wasn't allowed but I didn't know until hours after we got here that u couldn't vape either...sooo with that being said I wanted to be annoyed but honestly I understand why they don't want vaping in the room. I really feel good about this place and the all the staff we have spoken too while booking this room. Oh and there is a actually a lot of room! I was pleasantly surprised! My dog loves it too...my husband told them we were definitely smokers so they were kind enough to give us a room on the first floor, right next to the door. Besides not being able to vape in the room, everything else is golden.I really feel like my husband and I are going to love staying here ????
Let me start by saying you get what you pay for.
There's more of a dorm/apartment feel here than a hotel. The hallway smells of different foods from people cooking, but the rooms are clean. Dogs are allowed but you dont really notice. You hear them walking down the hall to go potty but that's about it.
There's no one to speak with after like 7-8pm or before 9am, they actually roll down a huge gate on top of the desk to keep people out.
There's 24 hour card access doors but if you forget your keycard or anything else you have to call the attendant who I guess lives in one of the rooms, and they'll give you a hard time about whatever it is since you interrupted their personal time lol. You will not be able to get into the building if you do not have a card, assuming there is no one available at the desk.
That said, bring extra towels because they expect you to pay for a linen exchange which is ridiculous. You get 2 towels per room, with a bath mat and 2 rags.
The bedding seems like it was washed but is very rough to the touch. There are stains on the comforter and both of the pillows. The bed itself is soft and comfy though.
We picked up pieces of glass out of the floor the first night so since the desk was closed we went and got a broom and cleaned the room ourselves.
It came with a full size fridge, 2 burner electric stove, a microwave, a sink, and cabinet space. 1 roll and 1 extra roll of very thin very rough toilet paper. There's cox cable and the TV has hookups for a playstation or Xbox if needed.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LAZY LIARS
My friends and I got here on Wednesday and are in town from OKC so we came here as we’ve stayed here before. Everything was fine Wednesday night, but Thursday night we were sitting in the car as we just got back from getting food and some drunk crazy person attempted to GET INSIDE OF OUR CAR!! He opened the driver’s door and went to get inside and I pulled the door shut and he continued to stand at my window, pulling the door handle and banging on the window yelling profanities! I called the after hours worker, Jose, who lives here and he said he was coming, he didn’t come. Called him again as I was terrified, and it took him 5-10 minutes for him to finally come out. Enough time that the crazy person had wandered down the parking lot, trying probably 20 different door handles on cars.
Today, I went to extend our stay because we decided we’d stay in town one more night, I went up there at around 10:55 but my card was locked and I was having trouble unlocking it with the Chase app. Jose, the after hours worker, told me very rudely that if it didn’t go through before 11:01 that I would be charged a late fee of $50. Naturally, it didn’t go through until after 11:01 and I paid $129 but I digress.
Just 30 minutes ago, there’s a knock at the door and the SAME MAN, Jose, is saying that an alarm went off up front for our room and that we have been smoking in the room. In all reality, it was because we had the window open (which had been open the entirety of our stay). He then barged into the room and said we had tampered with the smoke detector? How did the alarm go off if it had been tampered with? He didn’t answer that question. There was a black piece of tape wrapped around the base of the smoke detector. The tape wasn’t obscuring the smoke detector from doing its job, nor did the room smell like smoke, which the man said himself, but he blamed it not smelling like smoke on the open window that had a screen on it. The only thing that smelled of smoke was him! He’s gotta be a pack or two a day smoker which is ironic!
So within a few minutes of “an alarm going off,” we were apparently able to get all of the smoke out of the room through the open screened window, according to him. Truly a miracle!
He didn’t care what we had to say or that it didn’t smell like smoke and told us we had to leave. $129 down the drain because of baseless accusations and a black piece of tape that was there upon arrival!
With that being said, don’t waste your money here, and if you do here are my suggestions:
1. LOCK YOUR CAR!!!
2. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, OPEN THE WINDOW!!
3. Make sure to take pictures of your room upon arrival in case of any baseless accusations
4. Be conservative with the usage of towels or reuse them (if you’re okay with that sort of thing) unless you want to spend $10 on clean ones
5. If something crazy happens in the parking lot, you’d have better luck just calling the police, they'll arrive faster.
If you dare stay at this establishment, you’ve been warned and good luck!
EDIT: as I’ve read a few reviews, I now realize that this is a common practice— making false accusations.
