Best WLM Reviews

Due to an unexpected plumbing emergency at home, we decided to stay here. The price was perfect. Given the rate of sixty dollars, I had anticipated a more basic, motel-style room; however, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The only negative aspect was that, despite the room being configured for four people, we were only provided with two towels and one bar of soap. When I requested additional soap, my request was denied, which was disappointing, especially considering we had paid for a two-night stay. Furthermore, when I asked for extra towels, I was instructed to return the used ones first. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I can attest that it is standard practice to provide guests with additional towels and amenities without requiring them to return used items. Additionally, we were not offered the option to have our room refreshed during our stay. When I inquired about a late checkout, I sensed a degree of annoyance from the staff, despite my intention to book an additional night, subject to the resolution of our plumbing issue at home. Fortunately, our plumber resolved the issue, and we did not need to extend our stay.
Long overdue I just wanna say that the staff here is great with the exception of one. I really think that Brandy and Deborah go the extra mile to make everyone happy they are so awesome. Even though this is a hotel, they give a family like feel to the atmosphere at hand. And last but not least Jules. This young man goes to extra mile, as well. He takes on responsibility that goes above and beyond practice. Also the maintenance and cleaning staff, they all do an awesome job as well.I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Austin.
The young man at the front desk from Seattle was very helpful. I believe his name was Ky? Super professional and helpful when I asked about laundry and vending machines. Got to know each other after I asked if he was from Texas. The pricing was very reasonable and we got a huge room. Ac was cold and all amenities in the room worked great. Will be staying here again! Housekeeping was so generous with toiletries and coffee station was very clean.
I am so disappointed with this hotel. Even though I have been staying at this hotel for 4 months now, I have still received below average customer service. I accidentally made a double booking for the same day
a month or so ago and instead of them just applying it to another day they cancelled it and I couldn't get a refund nor have it applied to another day which I asked for. The staff are never on the same page. Today I came to the hotel and my keycard didn't worked. Also the phone that you use to get in contact with someone after hours doesn't work either. Do not ever try to come to this location after 11 pm because you will not be able to get in. I am extremely frustrated with this place. I'm still in the lobby and can't access my room which I have already paid for. I already been dealing with them just popping up in my room without prior notice. Now this...
Wish I would have read more reviews before staying here. As soon as you walk in the door, an overwhelming scent of feces is present. There are many other strong smells as they're trying to cover it up. Don't expect basic amenities like an ice machine or cart to get your stuff through the three sets of doors in the front. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the price and location. However, there are several other hotels nearby and if I could do it over, I would pay more to stay elsewhere.
Shout out for the blonde lady at the front desk. She has the best attitude ever! The hotel is a bit far from the city. The rooms are fine and the have bathtubs but the internet is choppy. They allow pets for an extra fee but the backside of the hotel where you can walk them is dirty and has broken glass
I don’t normally write reviews however i feel like the positive side of an experience needs to be told.  In the interest of fairness. My stay at the Woodsprings Suites South Central location in Austin, Texas has been the opposite of what other reviewers have posted. Upon arrival i was greeted by Debora the Hotel Manager who was so gracious and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and Debora saw to it all of my things were brought up to my room even lending a hand herself. The hotel was spotless and my room was very clean. They saw to it i had everything i needed. Jules and Brandi were on nights and weekend shifts. They both were so precious to me helping with anything i needed and went out of their way to see to it i was taken care of. They brought my packages up (delivery) towels etc. Always with a smile and reassurance that they were there to make my experience a quality one.Jules is a great young man and extremely personable as well as Debora and Brandy. Brandy was so caring and before i asked she had already taken the initiative to accommodate me. Employees like these three i’ve mentioned should be rewarded and recognized for a job well done. Their policies state what guests are responsible for and how they accommodate, No secrets no hidden agenda. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that weren’t even close to measuring up to how I was treated by these 3  exceptional Woodsprings Suites employees. I’m a firm believer that when someone treats you well and kind that you should always lift them up and recognize their  exceptional  work ethic.  The prices are amazing for such quality treatment and accommodations. I was treated like one of the family and i highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to save money but yet be treated with such Grace. Thank you Debora, Brandy and Jules for making my stay so amazing. Thank you Woodsprings for your kind attention to detail and creating a safe and very comfortable environment.
Respectfully,
Lee Ann❤️
This place is definitely worth the stay. Deb in the front office is amazing! She is the one to get it done and in a kind and calm manner. I had a very pleasant check-in experience. Deb was very clear, thorough, and accommodating in regards to welcoming me to my stay with Woodsprings South Central.
When I first walked into my room, I couldn't help but notice that the floor was so clean and shiny! Everything was clean, and the room had a perfect little kitchenette with a full-size fridge.
I love the option to cook and also to have a large refrigerator. It has made food my expenses less, and eating healthy has been easier.
All in all, I would recommend stopping here if you need a room that is conveniently located, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great price!
Thank you, Woodsprings South Central!
