Not sure why we can’t give 0 stars. They truly deserve a -10. The very worst experience I have been a part of. They authorized payment when I told them not to. Michael and Evelyn are the worst. The basically are thieves. Please be very careful with doing any business with them. I never even signed or been to their hotel and they charged me for a room I didn’t want. Again they are thieves and very rude!! I will be working with the authorities to try and recoup my money!! Very unprofessional!! And by the looks of it, their hotel is absolutely dirty and filthy. I’m sure that’s why they have terrible reviews. Again do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!
I wish I could give zero stars. By the looks of the pictures online, you would think this is a great place to stay.... WRONG!!!! I will NEVER stay at another WoodSprings hotel. The room was damaged. Hole in the wall, door hanging off hinges, rusty and dusty lamp fixtures, unpleasant odor in room. I asked if the room could be serviced and the staff let me know they only clean the rooms every 14 days..... I am very uncomfortable and they are not willing to change my room or give me the a refund. I am very upset with this purchase. Please do your research before booking here
AT LEAST 10 CARS GOT BROKEN INTO (the windows were shattered) AND A TRUCK WAS STOLEN IN THE PARKING LOT ON 09/27!! They don't have anyone in the office after hours, so if for some reason your key doesn't work, good luck. This place NEEDS security and to clean up the glass in the parking lot because, as of now, it is still all over the place.
Booked my stay directly with the hotel on their website. Ended up cancelling my reservation 3 days before the cancel deadline due to needing a bigger room for adding a guest/bed, which was booked at Home2 Round Rock Med (highly recommend). I have a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation details. Hotel charged me for the first night of my stay anyway. I called the evening after the charge with my cancel confirmation info and asked for assistance reversing the charge, as I had cancelled before the deadline. Front Desk told me she did not have access, and would have the manager call me in the morning as she did not have me listed as cancelled. Never received a call from the manager, charge never reversed, but was also not charged for the remainder of my stay. Obviously they have a huge customer service issue and are going to do everything in their power to keep people's money outside the terms of their own contracts. I've stayed at other WoodSpring locations in the past, I won't be bothering in the future.
Amazing service. The workers are very well spoken and kind, and they are super helpful as well as communicative. I felt very welcomed and cared for. I absolutely recommend this place if you plan on staying in Georgetown!!
I am staying while looking for a house because I'm new to the area. And I must say that I am pleasantly impressed with this hotel. I stayed at a few cheaper ones down the road and they were disgusting and just too many bad vibes. Coming here I was first impressed by how safe and clean the parking lot is. Inside it is extremely clean, very quiet, and the staff seem to have everything in control and taken care of. The rooms are small however they serve their purpose well. There are a few scrapes and bumps here and there but that's to be expected in a place like this. Otherwise the room was immaculate. There are no bugs and the bedding was very clean as well.
I personally like the location because my job is walking distance for me... And it seems pretty safe here so far.
The employees here all seem to be very nice and understanding as long as you follow the rules.
Personally, I'm giving this hotel a 10. I would recommend everyone I know to stay here, if they needed a room for an extended period of time. Love it here ????????
I’ve been at this hotel for about a month now 2nd time at this hotel. The staff in the evenings is great the management sucks. The elevator is out and has been for longer than I’ve been here. I tried to change rooms and management says I can’t move rooms unless it’s a medical reason but the room wasn’t a handicap room. They say they don’t know when the elevator will be fixed but still have to pay full price for the room. I had to go buy a hand dolly to get all my stuff to the 3rd floor. They are suppose to clean the rooms every 14 days but mine just got cleaned a couple days ago after notifying the front desk a couple times. If I didn’t have so much stuff to move to another hotel I’d be gone from here. Rooms are nice evening staff is wonderful but to much money to have to climb stairs every time you have to go to your vehicle because management won’t update and upgrade the elevator. They would rather put band-ads on it and it goes out again! Don’t waist the time and money to stay here. Oh and if you ask for the corporate number they say they don’t have it. If I could give service a zero I would just because of management
If I could rate this as zero stars I would. The hotel smells like weed and is considered an apartment complex to the staff. They don't care about people feeling unsafe in their "hotel". Elevator is still broken and my daughter who broke her foot had to hobble up 4 flights of stairs to our room where we were scared to leave. They announced our room to the whole lobby where a guy heard it and was oh that's over this way. Than proceed to see him multiple times thought-out the evening walking by our room. Only reason we stayed 1 night is since it was late and had no where else to go and I had already been charged for the room. I will NEVER recommend or stay at this hotel again. Full of drug users and homeless people.
