Best WLM Reviews

Overall this hotel is decent. I mean...you get what you pay for...so theres that. For starters...the office staff is very rude and unprofessional, especially the black lady. The rooms are decent and pretty clean. However, there is a lot of moisture in this hotel. The room is consistently moist so be sure to bring your dehumidifier. Even if your not cooking or showering, it's still very wet inside the room. They do add a $20 fee to your bill for "linen services" (laundry, tissue, soap, trash bags, etc.,) however, you can opt out of that if you wish. They also do not provide kitchen essentials but, you can rent a set from them or bring your own. For $50 a night I would say it is a pretty decent hotel.
I expected more than delivered.
You have to pay for everything you need! Pots, Pans, Silverware, etc. The rooms were a low as the value.
But the rooms were clean!
Just had to get off the highway quickly before dark and this was the first and least expensive option!
Miss Courtney, the assistant manager and Miss Carol the manager are amazing women! The people around there are professional and friendly! They loved our dog, even though my littlest dog is such a little jerk! We enjoyed our time there we spent almost 5 weeks until we found our home!
I like the rooms and the staff is friendly now since they let go of certain people it’s been peaceful and it’s affordable
I just spent a few days there, while I was in town for a family event. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of good places to eat nearby, and all my interactions with the staff were very friendly and personable. The only issue I had was that my key seemed to stop working every day, but the front desk staff got that fixed every time with no complaints.
I booked a one month stay here and on the very first day there was a loud knocking in the vent in the bathroom which I immediately brought up to the clerk and was told there’s no other rooms to switch to and that maintenance would come by, and every day after it was never addressed and the maintenance guy “must have missed you”. Also the internet is extremely slow, good luck doing anything besides opening an email after 20 minutes. It’s “non smoking” but the entire building and outside area smells like cigars and weed. The cleaning staff are rude as hell and will insult you, they also don’t pick up your hotel trash even though they only come around once every week. There are always crackheads somewhere in the parking lot, people urinating in the parking lot and all sorts of screaming/fighting. The laundry machines are broken and not labeled, they will take your money and never start. If you ask the front desk for a refund they’ll tell you to call the washing machine company that they rent this faulty junk from to get a refund, who then will ask you to download an app and fill out a request. Just avoid this hotel at all costs unless you are extremely desperate or a crackhead, and even then I’d say just sleep in your car and save your money.
Meh. Low end, with paper thin walls and drama galore. I would only repeat the experience if I had to. Whoo I'm glad to be home!
Worst property I have ever dealt with in over 900 nights of travel in my life. I checked into this property on 4-2-23 and once I entered the room I encountered the smell of what the front desk called someone was cooking "Indian Food" in the room. The odor was foul at best. I asked the front desk if they could spray something to make the room smell better. The front desk told me that they called housekeeping and there was nothing they could do to eliminate the smell. The housekeeper was aware of the smell and there was nothing they could do to get rid of it and they needed to put me in a different room instead. Problem was once they front desk attendant looked at the computer there was no other rooms available. They would have to re-clean the room. So it went from we need to move you to a different room to re-cleaning a room that they couldn't admittedly get the smell out of which was unacceptable. The room also had food stains all over the counter tops and hairs all over the shower which could have been probably re-cleaned but the smell no chance which they admitted. In fact I asked one of the other workers at the front desk to come inspect the room and he mentioned yeah "I wouldn't stay here either". I told the front desk I am going to move hotels since no other rooms were available and I wanted a refund for a problem the admitted they could not fix. The manager on duty said they could not issue it but the manager would call me first thing in the morning. I said I understood and no problem. No one from the property EVER contacted me. I even tried to call the property 7 times on the day someone was supposed to contact me, have the call logs to verify it, and every time I tried to contact this property the phone went dead after hitting 1 to talk to the front desk. I have since filed a disputed with my CC company and this property has lied about the situation saying I stayed at this property the entire time with no issues. Problem with that is I stayed at two different properties on the two different nights I was in Augusta with the folios to prove it. Do not stay at this property no matter what. Worst experience I have ever encountered.
