We had to evacuate Florida for Hurricane Milton with our dogs and booked a room with no knowledge of the area or anything about where we were headed - just that it was the last room we could find. The low price made us a little worried that it wouldn’t be nice but we were so pleasantly surprised. It was super clean, felt safe, quiet, and a lot of friendly workers. We really had a great experience and felt so comfortable. The area was nice and had everything we needed with a walmart right down the hill. Really glad it all worked out so well!
Only downside was a little noise at night in the parking lots and a lot of beer cans and bottles in the parking lots, but all in all it was a great place for a few nights for our family.
I checked into this hotel and the girl at the desk was extremely nice. The check in process was fast and easy. She put me on the 4th floor at the end of the hall which was nice since there was lower foot traffic and noise. My room was ok. Nothing to write home about. It was clean and didn’t smell from others cooking. The only issue I had was that the blinds were broken and would not close all the way. That should have been caught by the housekeeping team during the room turnover. A quick call to the front desk had a work order in. I went to work the next day and when I got back, that issue was fixed. They replaced the entire set of blinds. I did ask for an extra blanket because the linen sets they use are a little thin. But again, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped me out. There were two things I didn’t really care for. 1) not a lot of storage in the room. Only 2 drawers and a small rack to hang a few items. 2) The smoke detector had this bright strobe that would blink like once every 60 seconds. It was right over the bed. I like to sleep in total darkness so that took a bit to get used to. Overall, I would definitely stay there again but wanted to give a real review for this place for new guests.
This is an awesome hotel. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and make our stays absolutely amazing. From having things we might have forgotten, to trying to make sure we get the preferred room/floor that we use every time. And since we come every few weeks, it is so nice to be recognized and they seem truly happy to see us. Our usual ladies are Katie, Sheena and N'Dia though there are others as well but these are our regulars. The rooms are very spacious, and since I am handicapped, that room makes things much easier. The room is always super clean, and it is always a pleasure to stay here, even though we come for my husband to go to the cancer center.
I really enjoyed my experience at WoodSpring Suites! I spent a lot of time there. The staff was very professional and pleasant. They actually became like family, and when it was time to leave, it was bitter sweet ????.
I do a lot of traveling and spend a lot of time at hospitality properties all over the country. When I arrived at the hotel, the very first thing I noticed was how clean the outside of the property was. Upon entering the property, I was greeted at the front desk by a very kind and polite young lady, who quickly got me checked and off to my room. As I proceeded I was amazed as to the entire cleanliness of the property and my room was absolutely spotless. Kathy and Stephanie are wonderful, accommodating and very pleasant to talk. I would without a doubt recommend staying at this property for anyone who is traveling to Newnan. Short stay or extended stay it will be well worth it. The rates are great and in comparison to other surrounding hotel chains. This is definitely a diamond in the rough.
My job set up my reservations. So I will be here for a few weeks for work. Upon pulling in the parking lot I first noticed that it wasn't that full and you can tell that it's a nice place from the way it looks just pulling in to the place. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and very friendly and polite workers. They got me checked in very quickly and off to my room. The place is very clean and smells great. The room is very clean and well laid out. My only complaint if you can even call it that is I wish they had smart TVs so I can stream some movies, but I have my tablet I can use. I'll post an update when I check out in a few weeks. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

I have stated here twice in between moving and each time the staff is amazing. The ladies in the Newnan location are the most professional and friendly bunch. This will always be my first choice in hotel stays.
