This place is a dump! The floor tiles are lifting up, the front of the refrigerator is rusted. It smells like center city apartment complex and it’s absolutely dirty! They have no coffee pots for your room but then run out of coffee pot for the lobby. Not a single lamp in the wall.
Someone catches their own coffee pot on fire and the entire place had to be evacuated after midnight. My husband seen/heard it for himself. The staff lied to my 3rd party booking agency that someone falsely pulled the alarm.
Than this morning I walk into the lobby and it smells like last nights binge drinkers.. people are sketchy.. for sure!
The hotel refuses to refund me a single dollar for any inconvenience. I even offered to leave today for a partial refund. Absolutely sickening.

The rooms are really excellent and always clean the housekeepers. Are very kind and always make sure that I have what I need for my room. The location is safe, especially for people with children and uh, the stoves and refrigerators are nice to have, so it saves you from eating out so much. And the general manager, it's really awesome. She's the a heart of gold and works really hard.
This place is infested with spiders and roaches. I saw a review from a month ago about roaches but I ignored it. DONT ignore it, please stay far away from this place. I don’t see why roaches wouldn’t live here; they don’t do housekeeping unless you’ve stayed there for at least 2 weeks. I was killing 3-4 spiders and other insects every day. I told front desk and they offered me another room. That room had roaches. I decided to move out since I could not tolerate this place for 4-weeks. Also the place smells disgusting and the parking lot has random dudes catcalling you. Not safe at all for single women.
I booked this hotel for 2 nights a couple weeks ago. Booked for a double bed room. Ended up with 2 single bed rooms. That was fine. Rooms themselves were pretty poor really, but I didnt see any bugs. Also not the biggest deal breaker for me.
However what I am mad about, is that I was charged two $50 security deposits which were never returned to me despite leaving the rooms in good shape (and was never informed otherwise.) I called the hotel in the afternoon and was able to speak with the front desk. The guy was polite but told me to call back in the morning to get the person who did the bookings. Fine. I have attempted to call on 3 different occasions and have been unable to reach anybody. So now I am out $100 and am unable to contact the hotel. I am also unable to find any additional contact information for this hotel. I do not live locally.
The front desk manager Josh Mary is courteous and professional and keeps me well informed. Carlos and Benny are very helpful. Elsie and the housekeeping staff are excellent. The night desk clerks are available when needed. I highly recommend staying at Woodspring Suites
My family and I love this hotel , we’ve spent countless nights here just for a quiet get away . The staff and people here are usually extremely friendly and helpful BUT after today notifying the hotel the I found cockroaches and not only that I killed one running down my 2 year old childs body as she was sleeping , and I couldn’t even get a manager to speak to me personally just a I’ll give you 15$ off and YET STILL CHARGED US 66$ . Today will be the last ever night we spend here !
This is the worst hotel I've experienced on ny life. The cheapest bed meaning a metal frame, yhe cheapest mattress. I've never been in jail but from what I've seen on television, the bed is the same. No lamps just overhead lighting, some of the lights didn't work. As soon as you walk in the front door to the hotel all you is dirt. The elevator as well.
Had everything I needed for a one night stay. Loved that there was free parking and free internet. Room included a full size fridge, microwave. Room clean and bed was comfy. Just waiting for my $50 key card deposit to be returned. (I was told it takes about 5 business days)
