For the location and price I was pleased! Nothing fancy but the beds were definitely super comfortable! Room was very clean, the guy that checked us in was really helpful and nice, the hotel smelled clean. Just all in all a nice stay and when we come through if we stop we'll Def come back here again!
I've stayed at this location a little over three weeks. My appreciation of the management and front desk has grown daily. Whatever the issue is, they're excellent at listening and quick to remedy it. Maintenence and housekeeping are reliable and efficient and super friendly. The unique guests add a richness not found at higher end hotels. Keep in mind its extended stay so lots of people call it home. It's just off the highway so there's a constant white noise of traffic usually. I have a Staffy and shes been received amazingly by staff and guests alike, absolutely dog friendly(mandatory you pick up after pets messes, which is great!) The area has folks down on their luck and they sometimes migrate through the parking lot as a short cut or to find cigarette butts. They're human too and just trying to survive.
I totally doesn’t recommend this hotel, on my trip with my family and booked any nearby hotel in the area. But turn out the room is so dirty the hardwood floor is so dirty like never been cleaned for almost a year or more maybe even I found the cockroach!! Like 5 of them running around and I killed it but still other come out Idk how many are they or even maybe they have a nest in some place lol. I told the front desk about the cockroach she is not surprised at all and just say will told housekeeping to clean it up not even say sorry. Even the bed is make my skin so itchy barely can sleep make my driving the day after is terrible. Please the owner consider to deep cleaning your hotel, your hotel totally needed it
Location was good, everything else was subpar. Dried/uncleaned blood on the floor right by the bed - DISGUSTING. Barely any switches worked. Bed is just a lot of springs, very uncomfortable. I drained the bath tub and the man below me had water pour into his room late one night. And the receipt that I was given shows a pricing disparity from what was actually charged to me, was I overcharged? Hotel phone didn’t work either. Flashing light of a smoke detector right above the bed will keep some people up during the night, that or the loud noise of miter saws at 11pm.
Pricing was increased due to the balloon festival; all-in-all, the services and amenities provided WAS NOT worth the inflated price for this time.
One way in one way out. One elevator for 4 floors. No smoking in or near building and rooms. Soap machine in the laundry room took my money but didn't dispense the soap. Was told they couldn't reimburse me for it. Dog friendly. Clean room except for the comforter had some dirt on it. Kitchinette and large refridgerator was a plus. Free Internet and cable with a few movie channels. It was an ok place. Not too loud and I felt pretty safe.
Stopped overnight during a road trip. It's an extended stay, which apparently means tons of people live there (whole families in a single room) and it's loud. Not the best neighborhood to be staying in after 10pm. The room was hardwood floors and not very clean, water out of the faucets didn't look clean, bedding was bare bones.
Also, they'll steal your deposit. I've been trying to get mine back for 2 months and the staff keeps making excuses. Maybe that's how they treat their "tenants"; this is not a hotel, it is an apartment building in a bad neighborhood.
Misleading photos. The place has a fresh coat of paint but the room is nothing like what the photos show. Very disappointing. The strong Raid like smell is very off putting. Found out in the morning unfortunately, there is a bed bug infestation. I will not be staying here again. You get what you pay for.
The only positive to this stay was the nice people at the desk.
I'm uncertain why, but the manager gave me an uneasy feeling. I put two workers in a room for the weekend. She gave them the once over and, in a very condescending tone, said, " THESE ARE YOUR WORKERS." If you need a restroom, forget it. Not until the process is complete and you are in your room. Normally, I would have ended an encounter and gone somewhere else, but it was late. All persons staying are required to present identification.
