My husband and I have been staying here since July, my husband's company brought us here, we are staying here til we get our home ready, we are very grateful for the staff members who are very polite, friendly and helpful especially the front desk staff Alex, Sam and Megan, they are always ready to help if and when we need it. They all have made our stay pleasant and relaxing, the only complaint we have is when other tenants smoke in front of our windows (we have a bottom floor room) because the smell comes into our room when they do and it's very annoying when that happens, and the washers and dryers aren't always working properly. Other than that, we are enjoying our stay here. And they are Pet friendly ????
Do NOT stay here! Where do I even begin? First, let’s start with the horrible roach infestation. Out of the 6-7 months I stayed here they only came to spray for them about 3 times. I did a better job managing them myself with poison, traps, & raid spray & even that wasn’t enough. They’re going to have to knock this whole building down to get rid of them, really they need to burn this place down & rebuild a better hotel in general. Second, both of the side doors on this property did NOT lock or even stay shut for 5 months of my stay, they just recently got them replaced so that way they’ll shut & lock. Due to them not locking & being open 25/8, I saw 4 separate homeless people sleeping in the stairwell when I left for work, 4 separate times! Third, since this is an extended stay hotel, they claim that the housekeeping staff is supposed to come by every 2 weeks & clean. Once again out of the 6-7 months I stayed here, housekeeping only came by about 5 times in total. Now I’m not sure about everyone else, but I’ve stayed at an extended stay hotel before & the housekeeping still came by multiple times a week, every week. They are just lazy here & don’t like to work. Another honorable mention before I get to the real problem of this place, the elevator here didn’t work for a good month & a half. Now here’s the real issue that really pissed me off, for as long as I stayed here & dealt with all these things, they completely scammed me. At literally every other hotel, you get tax exempted after staying there for 30 days, well not at this place! They have some BS “credit” policy that I can’t even explain because it makes zero sense. I overhead another customer paying & he had been staying there the same amount of time as me, and paying weekly just like I was, & his rate was lower than mine! I was paying $420 & he was paying $360 for the same sized room (the twin bed rooms). When I asked the front desk, specifically Alex about this issue, she got very defensive & hostile & said that there is a price increase after staying there for so long. None of it still doesn’t make any sense to me, I am just glad I no longer stay here & I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
Cola helped us with our reservation despite our very late check in! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and so sweet. Plan to come back again!
The fridge door was a bit dirty and the sink faucet was very loose! But the bed was clean and so was the room overall.
I decided to stay here after a PCS, seeing it as a good balance between price, location, and savings. The rooms had no major issues and the staff was incredible and accommodating. The pricing is a bit odd, more than what the booking site described and I received some $10 convenience fee for not paying the morning of the seventh day (even though my booking clearly stated I'd be there extended stay) but otherwise it was still a savings despite that.
I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a decent extended stay.
Room wasn’t cleaned between last person that stayed there, toilet paper was just randomly throughout the bathroom, pretty sure the refrigerator had something growing on it. Oh and the carpets throughout the place are disgustingly stained, probably where the smell comes from. After I told them all of this only response I got was “well you know the room is not refundable” do better @choicehotels.
They don't fix anything. The elevator is always down. They don't care if you are disabled. Stair to the 4th floor for a disabled person is ok. There's no handicap bathroom There's nothing near by but golden corral and stripes. Alex and Meagan are awesome.
I was nervous about staying here because some of the reviews I had read. But our room was clean, the people were very nice, no problem with anyone else everything was quiet and peaceful. The only problem we had was I went to sit on the bed and it slid on the floor ????. You Just have to sit down a little slowly. But I would definitely stay again.
Do NOT Go to this place. Looks are deceiving and they hire very uneducated incompetent peopel!. I made a reservation early in the day for a guest from out of town.and when my guest arrived l, they did not have any rooms and had the audacity to blame me and the booking company!! Excuse me it's your responsibility to let them know!! NEVER AGAIN
