Best WLM Reviews
First time customer. We walked in and was immediately helped and taken to our table. The waitress was friendly and checked up on us during our dinner. We got there right before it got busy for a Friday night. The food portion size was good and they have a lot of beer on tap. Family friendly but of course I would recommend NOT bringing kids at night.
Haley was an amazing server she was on point and our food was great. Especially for our first time here we will definitely be back.
Christy was awesomesauce! She knew her menu and made the right amount of suggestions and explained the nights specials precisely! The wings were awesome! And thanks for the Shirley temple float!
Wonderful customer service!!! Our Waitress was magnificent!! She knew what to suggest and everything!! Most of the food was excellent!!! I think if u offered an egg rolls sampler, it would be a great hit and a money maker!! ???? Thank you(I think) Mz Julie!!! I am bad with names, I apologize if I am wrong, she waited on us and was excellent and patient. She also helped us with suggestions on the after hour menu!! Great great great choices!
Was my first time coming here. The food was absolutely delicious. The Cajun chicken pasta had just the right amount of spice. Only thing I would change there is the type of sweetener they use for the tea. I just really didn't like it but maybe I'm not used to that brand of sweetener. But over all the food and service was wonderful.
They don’t have crawfish anymore this review was from a few months ago. The crawfish were HUGE. They shut down the boiler a while before close and didn’t tell us so that was annoying. Other than that I would come here again.
Food is good! Waitress was good last time.
The giant pretzel is really good here! A must try item!! We love it!
This 1 star is for the hostess only. Come here several times (dine-in once and take out most of the time) and she has been pretty rude every time (doesn’t listen whenever order To Go, don’t look at you when taking to you) but today is a different level. Came in to order today and ask if I can order food To go. She pretty ignored it, then I asked again “can I have a to go menu to order?”, she said No. I understand later on she thought I asked for a menu to bring To go. But then I asked again Can I have a menu to place an order. She ignored it until I have to ask again with irritated voice. Then she gave it.
How many I have to ask for a menu to order Togo? How can you hear the customer if you don’t look at them and keep looking around while they are talking/ordering. I was so frustrating that I left and didn’t order food. And my son was sad because of no chicken tenders. My husband was sad because of no giant pretzel!
I came in today @around 6:45 pm. Might not be back again because of the treatment we have every time by the hostess.
Very good experience here. We were passing and figured we would give it a shot. Waitress was super attentive, and food came out surprisingly fast. Manager stopped by and talked with the wife and I for a while. It was really nice. The place was a little loud, with the games going on in the background and some younger parties doing fantasy football behind us, but overall we were really impressed. Keep up the service and food quality and you guys will be around for a long time. We will be back for sure.
