My gf and I stopped here to gas up for our trip back to Wisconsin after visiting my son. Wow this store was amazing!! We don't have places like this in Wisconsin. The hot buffet style options were impressive, and again, not options that we are used too. I'm sure for the locals it's normal but we were kinda blown away! We will definitely make a point to stop again next time we visit my son.
This place was so awesome! I stopped to fill up before driving back to Michigan and was very surprised to see this giant buffalo inside. But the bigger surprise was that when I went to fill my tank I noticed real buffalo out back! Besides the wonderful buffalo, the staff were so friendly and kind. I had to run inside a few times because I over paid for gas and they all just so kind. Will definitely visit again and recommend this gas station to anyone who is that area!
Great place to stop if your traveling on I-44 and need something good to eat. They have a hot box that is kept pretty fresh and it has a wide variety of choices from chicken strips, to catfish, potato wedges and much MUCH more! There's also a Subway located inside, an awesome variety of gifts/souvenirs and a huge selection of snacks available to choose from. Great place again to make a quick stop and it's right off the interstate! Great customer service and very friendly welcoming atmosphere!
I travel for business and always stop by here when I'm in the area. I'm a sucker for their hot food (especially the bbq burritos and the cheese curd things). Of course I have to stop by and say hello to the buffalo. They are precious little beans and I want to hug them, tell them how good they are, and give them all head pats...but that isn't allowed so I just baby talk to them through the fence and give them long distance cuddles in my mind. The people here are always friendly and I always find something to bring home for the kiddos. Like a sweet treat or a dreamcatcher.
Outside there are live buffalo you can watch roaming the field and the inside of this gas station has AWESOME options from fried foods to-go to freeze dried candy!
Actually a pretty good convenience store with a Subway inside and plenty of selection. The bathrooms were clean when we were there and everything was well stocked and functional. The only drawback I can mention is the layout of the pumps can be a pain if you're pulling a trailer.

Great place to fill up on snacks and gas for the road, as well as see the big buffalo inside and a couple outside.
