Absolutely shocking stay away.dirty sheets also holes in sheets. Cock roaches all over floor. Please please go somewhere else. Even sleep in your car first. Owners are rude as well just for good measure! I have attached picture of dirty sheets before I had even slept in bed
The rooms were very affordable!! $60ish but they were banging on the door way before checkout for us to leave and rushing us for our towels and sheets …plus website said pool and it was closed saying seasonal but it was 110 outside—
Location is awful, when I checked in the first room they gave me had bugs crawling on the mattress and no sheet, they then put me into another room, this room had spiders in every corner, drawling on the wall, the bathroom towel had stains on them, the comforter looked like Wolverine slashed it, the fire alarm was missing and the door did not lock! Unsafe and unclean do not stay here, we had to call Expedia they believed the hotel owner when they lied and said none of it was true I told them I could send them pictures and videos they still chose to believe the hotel owner, did not get my money back. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE
The check-in was easy, and the guy checking us in was nice! The rooms are nice and spacious for a cheap price, it's easy to find and looks neat overall.
Came here with Husband and daughter and in law's to visit sister in law and her family and stayed here for 1 night. Tried to get adjacent rooms with mother and father in law but couldn't no big deal but checked into our room and dead bugs on floor and rat feces everywhere and dead bugs on bed and in sink and the tub floor was cracked pretty badly like it wasn't sealed. Dead bugs inside tub and walked into room it was beyond hot. So husband was like we're getting a different room. Got into a different room and bed was clean floor clean EXCEPT the bathroom. I wanted to give my daughter a bath but I was like uh no LUCKILY the in law's room was clean and had her take a shower in there room. In law's room had no toilet paper and neither did ours.
Oh and our new room had a flat sheet covering the mattress that is it where is the fitted sheet. Anyways the sheets looked clean but stained badly. Do yourselves a favor please DO NOT STAY HERE. We will stay here tonight but never staying here again the service has gone down hill majorly and I can't understand a word the people who work here are saying barely speak English
Rented a room yesterday..went into the room.This place is a nightmare..Big spider in the bathtub..Towels are all stained up..and stinky.My husband went to trade the towels for clean towels. He was very rude..Saying they were not dirty.Bad costumer service..STAY AWAY..Filthy..
My family and I stayed here during our vacation trip. I thought it would be a reasonable place considering it was near the interstate and affordable. Honestly, I’m highly disappointed. I usually don’t leave negative reviews and try to give places a benefit of the doubt. The staff were quiet and didn’t give us any essential information. My boyfriend and I’s room smelled, the floors had stains everywhere, graffiti on the mirror, and the toilet was acting up. As for my parents room, it was nearly the same and our car alarm went off twice in the night.
The beds served their purpose and were comfy. I checked and they seemed reasonably clean, also.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t return.
This was an awful experience I won't do again! The floor was nasty I had to washy feet after taking a shower the wasn't swept or mopped and I told the manager the TV wouldnt work he said he would send someone to fix it and no one came and I went back up to tell him we needed someone to come fix it he said he would send someone again they never came! Won't ever go there again.
