We called and made appointment at 11 AM, came here before our appointment time, we are not late or just on time. Briefly speaking with the office staff and realized we had language barrier. My wife is pregnant we just wanted to know they would still give her vaccines or not, they refused to answer any questions but demanded us to pay for the $900 up front first. We asked them to cancel the appointment since we are still 15 minutes earlier, they refused to refund. Over the phone they had never disclosed that the appointment reservation is non-refundable even if you come early or call in early to cancel your appointment.
I am going to call my credit card company. And this is not a place to provide quality service as expected, very disappointed.
I’ve been going here jut for the convenience of a Spanish speaking clinic but I have to say that every time I have to come even for a simple question is at least 50mins of waiting time. It’s impossible to get them to answer the phone and the patient portal is terrible. If your insurance is not accepted then it’s incredibly expensive, and even when some of the staff is nice the care quality is far from outstanding so didn’t work for me
Dr. Carlos and the entire weight loss team are great to work with! They were willing to help me lose weight the way I wanted to and offered useful information throughout the whole process. A very informative, helpful and friendly group, I highly recommend them!
I can't thank Dr. Danaisy enough for her exceptional care and professionalism. Her genuine concern for her patients' well-being, combined with her remarkable knowledge and expertise. She literally saved my husband's life!!
I am deeply disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff at this clinic, starting from the leadership. It’s evident that respect and care for their clients are not priorities here. The attitude of the staff is dismissive and uncaring, making what should be a supportive environment feel cold and unwelcoming.
As someone who values professionalism and compassion in healthcare, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. Please stay away—there are so many better options out there where you’ll be treated with the respect and care you deserve.
This is the worst managed clinic on earth! Everytime you call to get an answer for an appointment no one answers, or they put you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on you. Good luck if you want to talk to someone in english because no one will answer at all! They set up appointments with Dr. Sosa on the days he doesn't even work, and they don't tell you about it until you are in the lobby awaiting to see the doctor. Then you are left to talk to whomever is available. This place is an hour away from my house and it is not worth the trip. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this poorly managed clinic.
The staffs are the worst people ever and talks to everyone as if we are all speak spanish. They have zero respect to their client and the doctor very rude and tries to cover up their mess. There is no way you can tell me a doctor comes in at 9:30am and it’s a private facility, next time the staffs needs to perfect their lies. When l made the appointment, told them who l wanted to see but unfortunately when l got there , things changed. Requested them to switch my appointment until the doctor was available unfortunately they did not but pushed me to the back. Upon arriving to the room , 7 staffs members each coming in with different lies and due to my color and not spanish speaking they thought l was there for drugs as people think on their head. Racism to the highest. Make sure if you are not Mexican don’t go there but just look for another doctor as their mentality is that ur there for drugs due to your skin color. After each staff came in with their lies, the doctor entered the room very very rude telling me that this is not an emergency and am very busy so what do you need. I really don’t care if it’s an emergency or your busy but l deserve respect like anybody else. I work in a medical field and l totally know how the staffs behave and also the doctors so next time make sure you watch what you say and the behavior coz you never know about tomorrow and swallow your pride. He tried covering staff but that was very very unprofessional and immature behavior that doctor and his staffs can do. WHAT A SHAME.
Avoid this place, terrible staff, no one seemed to know what they were doing, I went in and the doctor didn’t even sit down to talk to me it’s like she was rushing me out of there, and then I asked for a doctors note and when it was given to me it was badly written. I took my business elsewhere where and the doctor took the time to talk to me and better helped me, and gave me the medicine I needed, this place did none of that.
