If you're looking for authentic South Indian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. As someone from the south of India, I can vouch for the genuine flavors that transport me back home. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, making every dining experience a pleasant one. This has become my go-to place for indulging in South Indian food. Highly recommended!
Decent Indian Vegetarian food. It's difficult to explain the order to the staff sometimes as the staff is non-indian. But the staff is really kind and sweet. The schezwan momos and paneer pulau was our favorite
We ended up going to Woodlands mainly for Dosa as we had heard a lot about the place but that was the most disappointing thing we ordered today.
Service is extremely quick, we had our entire food out within 10 minutes of ordering and the staff is extremely sweet.
However, most of the food was barely warm, let alone hot, and we were sitting right next to the kitchen so we know it was prepared fresh.
The only thing we wanted for the dosa was to be crispy and it was far away from that, the sambar was okay though.
The tandoori momos were the only saving grace tonight.
There are plenty of other places that do a far better Dosa and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a really good Dosa.
Food was so authentic and freshly made. We were so exhausted with our long trip but having such warm and tasty meals really brought us back home. Food was next level and coffee was top notch.
Ordered veg Palau and North Indian thali. Veg Palau was not fresh and healthy, whereas a portion of veg Palau in the North Indian thali was fresh. Food quality has gone down. Most portions of north Indian thali was not freshly cooked. It appears to be left over food. extremely poor customer service.

I am just a customer, not in the restaurant business and I have been ordering the food many times from your restaurant and in the past, they have accepted and addressed my concerns. Sorry to say that this time your quality of customer service was extremely poor. You can ignore my comment, nothing personal. It’s up to you if you accept honest feedback and improve upon quality or discard. The food was not fresh. That tells you do not care about customers and try to be politically correct on ethical grounds. It seems making money is more important than providing quality service and food to the customers. Today, you did not resolve my issue. Remember, the customers pay money to get good food, not conflicting unethical advice. In addition to the fresh food concern, to be specific, I asked you to make non spicy Palau and you said yes. but after delivery when complained you said, Indian food is spicy, you better understand. Be good.
My hubby and i went here because i am vegetarian. Food was decent for fast Indian food. and the service was impeccable. i would not recommend if you are looking for an authentic Indian food experience. Thank you for having us.
The food here is absolutely amazing! We tried the dosa, idly, and other dishes, and everything was packed with authentic, flavorful tastes that truly stood out. The variety and quality are exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better. Highly recommend this gem in town!
I recently visited the Lauderhill location of Woodlands Indian Cuisine and had a disappointing experience. Upon entering, I held the door for another customer, and even though I was ahead of her in line, she was served first. It seemed to me that because she spoke the same language as the staff, she was given priority. When I addressed this with the man at the counter, he acknowledged that I was there first but still refused to take my payment before hers.
I felt overlooked and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I understand that this may have been an isolated incident, but it left a negative impression on me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning.
If you are any other race other than Indian, do not come to this place because they will not make you feel welcome and they will always put their people first. Disgusting, so nasty, and so rude, shame on you Woodland Indian Cuisine.
