Never again will I go here. Receptionists are rude and dismissive. Don't answer the phones. Treated every person that came in, as a hassle. Immediately tell you they don't prescribe narcotics as if you're a drug seeker. They no longer do xrays so after 2.5 hours of waiting. I get sent to the ER for xrays. Doctor didn't ask for urgent request so I will be waiting another 5-7 days to see if my arm is broken and my knee is damaged. They will not change the report to Stat. So I'm stuck with going through the entire process somewhere else or waiting and potentially creating more damage with ZERO care in the meantime. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have been here twice now for my step daughter. The first time was at peak season during winter and we waited an hour to be seen. Got her squared away with antibiotics for strep. Second time just yesterday we were in again to have another sickness checked to see if she needed antibiotics. This time they weren’t as busy, we were back in a room within 10 minutes. I could tell the doc had time yesterday and he spent that time talking deep with us about asthma, something I have been worried about with her but not what the visit was for. They got her swabbed for illness, and got us an rx for inhaler to try out for her and see if it helps. After reading some other reviews… I just want to say, this is an urgent care. This is like a place you use as a convenience for minor things like infections and basic medicine needs. This isn’t a place I would ever go to to try and diagnose some weird one off medical issue, nor a medical emergency. I love this place as we can get in quickly without waiting for an appointment to become available, and get the care we need when we need it. I generally know how to process and eliminate every sickness or injury our household gets, I monitor vitals and determine if we need urgent care, primary care, or ER and use google efficiently to monitor any combination of symptoms. I urge local community members to understand the differences of these facilities before bashing the little amount of healthcare services we are even blessed to have locally. Do not come here with broken bones expecting to get xrayed and casted, or with serious emergency situations. Walk in clinics are just that, basic medical needs for walk in customers. That also being said, if things are busy, understand that it’s first come first serve no matter the level of “emergency”, and I will absolutely advise if you are having a medical emergency, take the right actions the first time and go to the ER or call 911 services. Otherwise, I hope our community can continue to be blessed by the ease of having this urgent care clinic in our area. Thank you to the medical team for putting up with our community, in case enough people haven’t said it, WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR US!!!!
I have gone to this clinic multiple times and so has my mom. We both have received terrible care there. We have been left in the room and forgotten for over an hour and now we are getting information that we will not get test results from them until at least one more day....we went yesterday at the beginning of the day and they had said we would have results by today. After trying to contact them for over an hour we just got word that the tests samples didn't go out until today and we will not receive answers until at least tomorrow. The treatment they have given us is very rude and inconsiderate. I recommend not going to this clinic if you have any serious problems even if it is more convenient location wise.
This 9lace is worthless. They do not return calls. Very very very lackadaisical. Could care less about their patients. More interested in joking around with each other.
Then patient care. A witch doctor is a better choice. Definitely stay away!
Staff are thoughtful, sincere, emphatic, informative and responsive. ????????????????????????????????
My wife needed help and they delivered that hands down 110%. They apologized for the long wait, but no apology is ever needed from these Frontline Hero’s who are risking their own well-being and family to give much needed care as we navigate these COVID times. Shout out to Sara, Meredith, Brandon. Although our interaction was intermittent and brief, we felt your sincere care for our well-being.
A note to those who displace their anxieties on these Frontline Hero’s, we should never give them a hard time. What we should give them is our gratitude with a patient attitude as we wait for the care that is given for all who are struggling with COVID at this time.
Don't go here! It's worth driving the extra 30 minutes up to Olympia. Both the front desk ladies are a bunch of worthless jack offs that can't give you a straight answer and when they do respond its with a nasty face and tone. Doctor was nice and that's about it. Other than that the whole facility does not seem very intelligent. Anyways congrats on getting me to write my first Google review to warn everyone how terrible you guys are! I could write much more but I'll leave it at that
Woodland urgent care is amazing! Everyone from the office staff and medical staff was friendly, helpful, and honest. My son fell on a rock in the river and his leg needed stitches. They saw us last minute and saved us from an emergency-room trip that would have lasted forever. They were knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and kind. My son was so scared and Brandon and Stevie were so patient and careful with him. They communicated in a way that put both my son and I at ease. Having your son injured is really upsetting, but it was easy to trust Brandon Barker with his care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you again Woodland Urgent Care!
Waited over two hours before finally leaving. Only one person was called back in that time with minimal folks in the lobby. Reasoning: because they were switching over to a new medical system so it required long waits. One person called back in over 2 hours is a bit much. I would wait until they have their system up and going smoothly before heading there. Receptionist I dealt with was nice, but it was really unacceptable waiting that long when there were barely any patients.
