My last time I was in the Hospital was so much different than the last. Maria & Loren were THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PATIENT CARING NURSES IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I was in room 254 I believe & these ladies were Exceptional ! Although there were other patients that had to take care of They never let me down. I was kind of grouchy but they went beyond there call if duty to still take care of me. They are an Asset to this Hospital. I just wish there were more like them. Thanks Ladies n thank you Woodland Heights !!!!!!!!!
I had some good nurses I just didn’t like that I did a urine culture on a Wednesday that could’ve determined my release. Instead it didn’t come until a Sunday. My nurse aid Ms Phyllis did an OUTSTANDING JOB on making sure I didn’t need any towels to bathe with. I knew when Miss Phyllis was working I was going to get clean linen. She was the only aid that thought about clean linen after my showers. She deserves a raise if I was over her and she was my worker!!! 5 stars for sure with the help of Miss Phyllis!!
My wife had a baby there 3 weeks and all the staff was great, Chloe was very helpful and was there whenever we needed anything, but the highlight of the stay was the food, not only did they come take our order for whatever we wanted to eat and then they gave us this great meal that we got to sit together and enjoy. Not only did the lady that runs the kitchen (April)stop by and congratulate us she brought us chocolate covered strawberries and pink chocolates. I can not explain how great she made us feel and so welcomed. Thank you woodland Heights for making this experience better then we could have ever expected. The room was big and so nice we would recommend this Hospital to anyone!
The nurses and staff at Woodland Heights are experienced, caring, and professional. They are prompt to respond to your needs. When you come here for surgery the treatment you will receive is outstanding! The staff on the second floor are amazing in the women's center.
I was admitted to the nuclear radiology department. Even though the tech had no clue I was coming and didn’t have much time to prepare for me ahead of time, he was quite polite and willing to get my test done. From the person who called to get my insurance and personal information to the tech to the radiologist, all were quite pleasant and willing to help me. I was taken care of as quickly as possible and thoroughly briefed on what to expect over the next few weeks and months
I had a great experience here. I was very sick and 34 weeks pregnant, the staff was amazing and very tentative. The OBGYN there is fantastic. Absolutely trust this place for my health care. I was there for 5 days, and every question we had was answered as best as they could be.
I was very impressed with the how smooth my surgery and recovery went. My medical team was very proficient and attentive. As a past patient of WH many times over the years, It’s quite obvious that streamlining and efficiency tactics have been implemented. I will definitely recommend this hospital to others.
I was very impressed by the people or the staff that worked at Woodland Heights on the second floor. I was in room 242 and I was very impressed by them all they were really good people. That is a very good staff. They treated me very well and took good care of me, I have never experience so much happiness in a hospital before with the people who tended to me. They were very kind. I want to think the whole second floor of 242 and the ER at Woodland Heights. They were very amazing with me and I will give them , the greatest grade of all if you wouldn’t mind, please inform them that I was very, very, very proud of them And very impressed
