Best WLM Reviews
Dr. Bilger is very professional and super nice. She is the best-ever pediatrician! I'm happy we can rely on her for our kid's health. We have been with her for 8+ years. Thank you so much!
The doctors have been great, but I echo some of the comments on the reception staff. Many are not helpful and I keep getting stonewalled when it comes to things I didn't realize the school needed, to the point of contemplating changing offices. The only person who's been consistently helpful has been Kendra. Every other receptionist I've dealt with seems too bothered to help and I just get a "sorry"... one even hung up on me. It's been extremely frustrating! And heads up parents- apparently certain forms, once filled by the doctor, need to be uploaded into portal BY YOU as the office doesn't do this or keep a copy. I was not told this and have been bending over backwards to get another form signed.
Woodinville Pediatrics is lazy, and on the verge of sleezy when it comes to their billing practices. After 8 months the clinic called to let me know that my insurance never paid and they were sending me to collections. I never received a bill in any form. They made no effort to contact the insurance company related to the billing discrepancy after it was rectified. They required me, the patient to do their job for them .."our policy is to not contact insurance companies". In the medical profession if you want paid you HAVE to contact the insurance companies to fix issues...The problem was on their end and had nothing to do with us as the patient. The reason why they make no effort to solve the insurance billing issue and go after the patient immediately is because the settled amount from an insurance company for services is around $250 to the clinic. When they go after the patient with zero effort and threaten collections, they Net a total of $650. The Dr's are the ones that created this policy and are very petty and cheap. So the clinic will find any reason to not bill insurance appropriately because they profit 3x by going after patients that are typically uneducated on this subject and don't know how to properly tell them how to bill insurance (I have 8 years medical billing experience) this is predatory to the ignorant
Doctor Whitney Anderson is great, so friendly and personable and makes kids feel comfortable. Four stars because the receptionists/people who answer the phones here are always super rude and have really bad customer service skills. I always feel like I’m annoying them the second they answer the phone. If they did some customer service training for their front office folks, this place would be 5 stars for me!
*** Dr. Weinberg, Dr. Vergano, and Dr. Wright all provide exceptional care***
Our family has been seeing various pediatricians at this practice for the last 1.5 years. Dr. Weinberg is our primary pediatrician and our favorite physician! He is always kind, patient, fun and knowledgeable with our child and their care. Today, I was highly impressed and blown away with Dr. Weinberg’s quick, concise, and expertly delivered medical diagnosis and treatment plan for our child’s repeat illness - amazing! All of our questions were answered professionally and straight away. We left with hope knowing that the in-person visit was absolutely necessary and spent well.
On a previous visit, I was also blown away by the fantastic level of care provided by Dr. Vergano! He was highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, and provided metrics and statistics to back up his advice and diagnosis. He was engaged and took time to ensure all our questions were answered, while being courteous and on time.
I work in the tech industry and appreciate being given thoughtful, directed, and fact-driven advice by both Dr. Weinberg and Dr. Vergano!
Other times we have seen Dr. Wright, who is professional, kind, and wonderfully caring toward our child! She has also expertly diagnosed our child’s illnesses and provided a clear treatment plan. Most questions are answered straight away. My child hugs her!
I highly recommend all three doctors as wonderful physicians! However Dr. Weinberg is still our favorite, thus still our primary MD!
We have been patients of Woodinville Pediatrics for almost four years, and Dr. Kaneshiro has consistently gone above and beyond in providing exceptional care. From their availability via phone to their willingness to come into the office after hours, Dr. Kaneshiro and the team have always been there for us and have truly gotten us through some dark days. From the moment they met us in the hospital, we knew we’d be a great fit. Their dedication to following up and ensuring the best possible care for our children has been incredibly reassuring. We feel confident that our children are in the best hands with Dr. Kaneshiro and the entire team. Highly recommend!
I'm disappointed to see the recent negative reviews. I've always had a great experience with the receptionists & providers at this location, and often times they have been able to accommodate same-day appointments for illness. Dr. Weinberg is excellent, I highly recommend this practice.
The front office staff is remarkably rude. We were sent to collections over a $30 bill and not once were we contacted over the phone for this. (Our insurance has paid in full EVERY other time.) Once we paid collections we were told our three children were no longer welcome patients. So yeah they suck and have no real passion for caring for children or families. This place is an embarrassment to the medical community.
