First time at Woodhouse and it was wonderful. There was a little confusion in my service since I paid for a 50 min. deep tissue transformation but received a 50 min. body balance and additionally a little confusion with their current promotion: “DECEMBER MID-WEEK SPECIAL; TUES/WED/THURS Receive a free add-on service enhancement with any facial or massage on midweek days. ( Values up to $50). Choose from: Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Hypervolt, Lip Perk or Facial Cupping”. It charges you on the website so you’ll have to call which I didn’t know so I received some aromatherapy (lavender oil) to breathe in which was nice. Either way, Cally was amazing & my massage was unique but effective. It’s the holidays and I know it’s sometimes busy so things jumbled up but either way I will definitely be making this my new massage “home.” Great atmosphere, great relaxation room with drinks & snacks & the staff is wonderful! ????????
I had an incredible experience at Woodhouse Spa! The atmosphere was tranquil, and my masseuse, Maddox, was outstanding. She tailored the massage to my needs, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend booking with her for a truly relaxing experience. Can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful experience hosting my friends in October! I worked with Kenneth to plan a spa party. He provided us with a private room, charcuterie, champagne, tea, coffee, and sweets. Everyone had a spa treatment, and my massage with Unique was absolutely amazing. We had special and private time together to make memories and relax. I can't wait to book again!
Booking was easy, I feel like the staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. In my appointment I asked for a male massage therapist and she said ok but when I got there she said the male therapist don’t work Saturdays. My massage was decent, I did the 80 min deep tissue. I didn’t like that THEY add the 20% gratuity, let ME tip her what i felt it was worth.
AMAZING PLACE!!! Autumn does outstanding massages!!! Na’Asia had my skin looking PHENOMENAL!!! Taylor and Shaw!!! THE PERFECT energy and smiles when I was greeted AND when I was leaving!!! LOVE THIS PLACE????
Nasia did great on my facial and wax. She also did a fantastic extra bit of massaging on top of my service, free of charge, and no doubt will make a fantastic masseuse when she finishes school!!!! Loved my experience here
The atmosphere/vibe was great. The staff were friendly. My massage wasn't so great. like another person said, you spend the majority of the time on your back. Other places lay you on your back last. I got a neck, back and shoulder massage with a moderate touch. She barely touched my neck. She basically lightly rub my shoulders and back. No pressure was applied. Another person mentioned that in their revuew. I would not recommend them.
