Absolutely terrible, Dr Sharon santos, operates on her own opinion, regardless of medical facts. She will threaten cps on you if you decline anything (even declining with medical reasoning) she won’t listen to any voice of reason, or any medical history. I highly encourage you to NOT come here and go somewhere else.
Had the worst interaction with Shelby Deniston. I don’t know how she is able to work in any medical field with her unprofessional medical opinions and conspiracy theories.
Dr cooper is amazing. She saw my baby boy since birth in the hospital. She was so nice and the nurses as well and the front desk.
We had such a great experience that we decided that Dr cooper to be our pediatrician for our other 3 girls. No she sees all the kids and have had a great experience every single time
Every time I take my daughter I have really good service. I leave messages and they usually call within a few hours. Which is way better than most clinics I’ve been too.
Can't get my daughter a refill on her medication because the receptionist and nurse say so. She has to wait two weeks for an appointment. She started having sickness from withdrawals they did not care so we had to go to indigo emergency care in Orting and get her medication filled. The Doctor, nurse and staff are the best. I highly recommend Indigo.
First time mom and husband and I felt like every appointment was rushed, no one was very helpful or informative, pediatrician was short with conversations and just didn’t vibe well with her. Have different insurance now and am really happy with our new situation. At woodcreek they make you feel like just another number.
Started going here after our daughter was born 4.5 months ago. So many sources of disappointment--but I'll keep this review focused on the billing experience. As new parents know, you visit the pediatrician many times in the first few months. Every single time we go in, they tell us it looks like they have the wrong insurance on file. When we provide them with our insurance information they say, "Oh, it looks like we have that already but for some reason it is defaulting to this other one. We'll go ahead and fix that so it stays fixed" (they seriously say that every time--my wife and I now joke about it when we walk in). Failing to fix this has resulted in them charging the wrong insurance three times. I'm currently caught in a vicious cycle with billing where they have told me twice they are resubmitting those visits to the correct insurance, but that I have to wait between 30-60 business days to get it sorted. After the allotted time elapses, I find they still haven't solved this, but have received zero communication from them (except 'past due' notices, which they tell me to ignore). I just got off a 30-minute call with another one of their agents and have absolutely zero confidence this will get fixed before my daughter graduates college. The thing that drives me nuts is that this bloated, bureaucratic, inefficient administrative nightmare is contributing to the insanely high cost of healthcare in this country.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Grubb since she was 4 months old. She is now 2. We have always had a great experience for wellness check-ups. Dr. Grubb is amazing! The staff has generally been patient and kind. There was one nurse who seemed like she didn’t like kids lol but maybe that was just a bad day. 5 stars for Dr Grubb!
2.5 stars for convenience of getting in…
It’s is extremely challenging (impossible!) to get in for illness. My daughter had a major concussion mid March while on vacation and the soonest I could get her seen by Dr. Grubb is beginning of June, which was her wellness check that was scheduled 6 months prior.
I did just learn they are no longer accepting new patients which will help established patients get in. But, in the meantime, I also schedule my daughter with a naturopath who can get her in within a week if she’s not well.
The new facility is beautiful though!
