We’ve been with Dr. Labriola for 15 years, and in that time, she’s provided exceptional care for all three of our children. I trust her completely with their health, knowing that her expertise and dedication are unmatched. Dr. Labriola is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about each of her patients. Over the years, I’ve seen improvements at the practice—check-in and payment processes are efficient and seamless, making visits smoother for everyone. They’re also incredibly responsive during emergencies, doing their best to fit us in or providing access to a nurse for phone consultations. The entire staff, including other doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners, share the same commitment to respectful, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. I’ve recommended Woodbridge Pediatrics to many friends and family members, and even to patients when I worked at an adult family medicine practice. This team’s priority is truly quality care, and I feel fortunate to have them in our community.
I took my son there to get a vaccine shot for school and the smoothness of the process was awesome. It took way quicker time than I thought it would. I was surprised to hear the nurse say, "your all done".. The staff was friendly (especially children friendly) and professional. When I came home that evening, I told my wife, this should be the health-care facility we take our kids.
I'm ending my 12-year relationship with this office after a frustrating experience today. I arrived 15 minutes late due to an accident, but I was still within the grace period. Unfortunately, the front desk staff focused solely on my appointment being marked as canceled after that time, ignoring that she had been on the phone for five minutes when I walked in. When I requested to speak with the doctor, I was told I needed to reschedule without being given a chance to explain.
I typically avoid negative reviews, but the treatment I received today was unacceptable. The new staff member I encountered is contributing to a negative atmosphere.
Additionally, I didn’t add my newborn to our policy within the required 30 days and received a bill that I paid out of pocket. Now, whenever I request a refund, I'm told that billing will call me, but they never do.
It’s disheartening to feel that your patients, who are essential to your practice, are not valued. Today you lost 3 patients. If this continues, you risk losing even more patients.

Love all of the providers and staff. They genuinely care. It's a very busy practice, but will get you in when your kiddo needs it most❤️
First check up with my newborn they were kind, amazing and gentle with my little one, very informative and helpful. also very clean. Definitely will recommend to other moms to bring their children here :)

My experience 2 days ago with Dr labriola was not as good as it could have been. I took my son in for he was having a issue with something from where he had broken his arm and her bedside manner was so bad that my son was crying like his feelings was hurt and this is not the first time it has happened with her this is why I try not to take her whenever I need an appointment. However that particular day there was no one else I could see and my son needed to see a doctor. I don't know if it's just her way however this is the second time that she has used a firm voice with my son.????.My son was trying to speak to her and she told him abruptly it's not what you want????????. So she did prescribe medications to help him however and they are working at the moment , but I think she may have been having a bad day..???????? I don't know what her problem was however I cannot rank this visit five stars ☹ I don't know what mother would when your child goes to the doctor thinking they are going to feel better and the doctor themselves ends up hurting their feelings and making them cry???????? This is why children today don't want to go to the doctor with certain doctors in the practice????????. If Dr Beckett was there she's my number one go to❤ Dr Beckett is compassionate she's caring her bedside manner is out of this world❤ she gives you time to speak she actually listens she hears everything you got to say❤❤ Dr Beckett deserves to be a doctor in the Pediatric field.❤❤ so any future visits I need for my son if Dr labriola is the only one aboard I will take my son to an urgent care or emergency room if needed.
Wow! Just had to walk out with my son due to the treatment we just received. His wellness appointment for his concussion was at 9. We arrive on time he is immediately take into the room where he is to be . Two minutes later a rude nurse who I’ve never seen before cracks the door open, gives no greeting, sticks out her palm and signals for my son to follow her. Twenty minutes go by after his return and no doctor nowhere. Mind you he has to go to school. I pop my head out and ask is anyone coming into see us . One lady tells me he is not her patient but she will check. She comes back in and says the doctor is wrapping up and will be in shortly. Mind you I’m already irritated by the short blonde hair nurse that was very rude. 10 minutes go by and I walk out with my son . All the staff are standing behind the desk laughing and playing! I know for a fact dr labriola does not approve of this behavior.
