My brother just moved into town, and we were looking for a quick meal that wouldn't kill the budget. Check out the serving sizes of the fried chicken and pork lo mein! It's definitely family style here! The flavors are also on point, which makes this quick visit a great one! Now that he's in the area, we have a great spot to check out for good food!
Decent food. Not the best, but I appreciate the vegetarian options in town with limited options. The flavor was definitely mild. General Tso’s tofu wasn’t spicy as advertised but it tasted pretty good. The fries and egg rolls weren’t anything special.
Definitely Recommend!! This was such a surprise with the food. Such great quality and flavor and the staff were so pleasant as well. This was a To Go dish and the portion size was Huge. If you’re in the area take the time to stop by and enjoy a wonderful dish.
The food is delicious. I recommend the triple delight. I haven’t had really yummy and light Asian food in a long time. The customer service is great. The place is a little small but very cozy and welcoming.
Disappointing Experience - Extremely Rude Owner/Manager

I was initially excited to try this restaurant, but my encounter with the owner/manager was shockingly disappointing.
The Incident:
1. I checked the mileage (4.9 miles) and called to order directly.
2. I confirmed with the owner that they deliver to La Porte, and they said yes.
3. The gentleman who took my order also confirmed delivery to my exact address.
4. Moments later, the owner/manager called to cancel, citing:
a. Being 1 mile outside their delivery radius (despite initial confirmation).
b. Changing reasoning multiple times.
The Rudeness:
The owner/manager was:
- Condescending
- Argumentative
- Dismissive
- Unwilling to listen
When I offered to pay an extra $5 for delivery, she became agitated, raising her voice. Her tone was dripping with disdain.
The Reason for My Disappointment:
As someone who dislikes using DoorDash due to consistently receiving cold orders, I wanted to support a local business. But the owner/manager's appalling behavior has ensured I'll never give them my business.
Warning:
Unless the management changes, beware of:
- Unreliable delivery policies
- Unprofessional customer service
- Rude treatment
Final Verdict:
Avoid this restaurant unless you enjoy being belittled and disrespected.

I swear I have posted about this place before. I love this place. Best lunch special in town. Very good food. I love the guy that waits on me. Great job all around. Thank you for dropping my food by the car when I had COVID.
If I could give a zero I would. The so-called manager (she would not disclose her name) is beyond rude. We made an order and it was wrong when we brought it home. We called so we could bring it back to return them and get the right order. As most restaurants do, you correct it and move on. She argued over the phone saying we were wrong and she gave us what we ordered even though multiple people heard the conversation. She raised her voice and talked over me and continued to argue that we ordered the wrong thing instead of just fixing the order. When I called out her unprofessional behavior she said I don't care just don't eat here! Wow! do not be in the business of serving people if you feel you have to prove a point lady! We are all about supporting local restaurants and this really is a poor example of being a "neighborhood" restaurant. If you do right by your community you get more in return. Why argue? I don't understand the logic. Very disappointed in the service. You can serve good food all day long but if you do not care about people you serve you are in the wrong profession!
