I needed an appointment to replace a canceled appointment at usual salon (her child was ill). Called evening and had appointment for 10 a.m. next day. The young man who did pedicure was meticulous with cutting & shaping, which I am unable to do. Price was reasonable and my tip was generous for work well done. This will be my back up for sure.
I had virgin nails. My nails were filed and drilled down to stubs. I was charged 40 dollars. I asked for change for 20 dollars for a tip. I was shown 2 ten dollar bills, I wanted to give one. Both were swept away.
When I got there the man doing my nails didn’t ask what shape I wanted he just started cutting them, so when I asked for stiletto he said no my nails weren’t long enough so I asked for almond. They didn’t end up being almond they were all different shapes and lengths. I had asked for one to be shortened and he huffed at me like he was frustrated. When he wanted me to turn or move my hand he just tugged on it. He didn’t talk to me at all and seemed irritated that he had to do my nails. Will not be going back.
Excellent nail technician. Though younger she was very skilled, adept with various applications for spa pedicure and relaxing foot/leg massage.
Don’t bother calling and scheduling an appointment because they don’t know how to write down the appointment. Made one for 4 of us to get mani pedis, and she said “okay see you then.” Then we get there, get ready to get them and someone else comes in with an appointment, we get pushed out because she didn’t write it down. Will never go back. Wasted an hour of our time.
They care so much about your nail health! I have been going here since June 2023 and each nail set has not disappointed. They are incredibly nice and so talented! These nails are dip and a week old!!
Got nail dip done and 10 days later the tips were all chipped off. By day 12 huge chunks fell off. I asked if they would fix it and they refused. Biggest waste of $50.00!
I went to the salon at 6:15 (they close at 7:30) and was told they close early on Saturdays to clean although the sign on the front door and the web site say 7:30. They did have a couple od ckents. Very disappointing ad I had a 1 hr open slot.
