This is a fast casual Chinese Americanized restaurant like you see in any town except this one is EXCELLENT. The beef was flavorful and perfectly tender. The egg rolls are perfectly fried. The shrimp is fresh and perfectly cooked. For this type of restaurant you will not find better. Real professionals here and pueblo should be proud. Do I sound like I love it? I do! To the people writing bad reviews I say this. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE MORE! Same for the people writing 4 star reviews. Were you expecting lobster and a valet? Show me better.
Food was absolutely amazing. Service was non existent. We were seated. They gave us time to look over menu and then we ordered. We never saw them after we received our food. The only reason we saw them again after receiving the food- maybe 30-35 min later was because I beat out a song on the table using my fingers as drumsticks. Mind you, we got the bill the second we got the boxes and maybe 3-4 minutes after that.. someone came looking for a signature. It was not too busy inside so maybe they were busy with pick up orders
The egg rolls were top notch. I had the shrimp lo mein which came out delicious. My only complaint was the amount of cabbage vs noodles in it. It was almost a 50/50 ratio. Too much cabbage. Other than that the food was very good and the service was fast. Pricing is somewhat reasonable for the portion sizes. Expect to spend around $15 per person here for a single meal.
This is the best Chinese in Pueblo, and it's not even close. Always fresh, service is so quick and friendly. Take out is always on point. My favorite dish currently is the Mongolian Beef.
Food was good. I loved the raspberry shrimp and the octopus was good, too (although a little spicy). I'll definitely go back!
Traveling cross country, we made a visit to the Wonderful Bistro. There are numerous Mexican restaurants in the Pueblo Area so we decided to step of the beaten path. This chinese restaurant has beautiful decor, the service was great, prices average, food was hot, tasty and plentiful. We recommend this for couples and large groups. You will not be disappointed. 05/12/22
Finally spoke to owner. He suggests his watered down hot mustard is worth charging for. Paid 31.50 for takeout. Never given an itemized receipt. Always off by several dollars with no explanation. I understand $1.50 for mustard that other restaurants don't charge for. Tian Gin actually has the same mustard just not watered down as much and always sends me home with two full ones free of charge. We were regulars here, but realizing the price gouging on takeout, so we took our business elsewhere. His own staff noted they had not seen us in a while. There is a reason. If my dining dollars go to his competition, it's because he doesn't want our patronage. His competion has seen my reviews and welcomes my patronage.

Dine in is still a great experience, but they might be charging me for mustard during dine in and I don't know it. The food is really good, and the gal from Trinidad really makes you want to come back.
First off I'm from California and I have yet to find a place in this town with good Chinese food. This place is run down and the food is horrible and the service as well. We decided to not leave a tip and the owner ran out after us to our car and was demanding a TIP, who does that????? It was stalker status I have never seen that before. We had to ask for water and werent checked on at all. I will NEVER go back here and decided to write a review so no one will have to endure this behavior. This place sucks balls.
