Im beyond pissed. The quality of my nails looks like a toddler played on them. I just started coming here and this is my 3rd set. These are pretty basic and shouldnt have been so hard to do. They dont have steady hands to make the lines good at all. My toes look so horrible and im going on vacation with this garbage im so embarrassed to have to wear these that i think om going to a new place tomorrow to do a paint change after just spending 35 on my toes and 65 on my nails smfh never again will i go here. See the pictures provided them and what i got smfh disgraceful
My toe was cut twice while getting a pedicure. I told the guy in charge, and all he said was that he would talk to her. I paid full price, and my toe still hurts. Hours later, I tried walking in my heels that I must be able to walk in tomorrow for a show, and my toe starts bleeding again. I hope this doesn't ruin my walk. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesn't happen to others.
I recently visited this salon for a fresh full set and a pedicure. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The pedicure technician accidentally cut my big toe twice while chatting with a coworker, which caused it to bleed. She wasn't looking at my feet as she worked. I flitched the first time she cut me and she went on to cut me again! I pulled my foot back and put it into the water. I endured the stinging pain. I wanted to tell her to stop but I had a modeling job the next day and needed it done. I asked her to put alcohol on it which she did. After it was done, I informed the owner before I paid, he mentioned he would talk to her about it but still charged me the full price for the service. I stayed and little longer to dry my toe nails then left. Hours later while I was practicing my walk in my heels, my toe started bleeding again and it hurts. I'm hoping it doesn't do this during the show. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesn't happen to others
The tech rushed thru my manicure and pedicure. I had to tell him to apply a base coat first to my pedicure. And tell him to smooth the corners of my manicure shape, he just cut straight and filed. He was not good with removing cuticles. Skipped entire steps, like cuticle oil and hand massage. The Polish chipped on my manicure in less than 48 hours on every nail! And they charge a 3% service fee if you're using a debit card. I wasn't aware until after I paid and tipped. I will not return and do not recommend. Also, the air does not circulate, chemicals are very strong. I coughed for 2 days. Pedi $30, Mani $25. 1st and last visit
If I could leave zero I would, The male nail tech I had was in his phone the entire service. I requested short nails pretty simple to do BUT they were lumpy, the white tips I requested were painted on and spotty. I still paid for my service being I'm not a combative individual and left a tip which I’m sure he was surprised being he didn’t do a good job. With all that being said I got a refill elsewhere, (as I should have) It’s been 2 weeks since then and one fell off. BABY in my Monique voice, I have FUNGUS ON MY NAIL AND NOT WHERE THE REFILL BEGAN MIGHT I ADD. This is the second time I’ve received FUNGUS on my nails from this nail salon. In all my years getting manicures this is the only place this happens I’m not going to lie either, I was trying to be cheap but never again I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This place is nice but it was my first time over there for my eyelashes and eyebrows wax and I decided to get my toes And my nails done that’s what I got nails too big no shape
I have been to this place before but this past Saturday the job was terrible and I didn’t notice until after 2 days of been home already. Did dipping powder and the nails look like they have 14 days old but is not even been a week, some of the nails look chunky. I also did wax on my chin, eyebrows and mustache, I still have hair when is supposed to last at least 14 days, I spent $100 between everything and they did terrible job.
Terrible customer service, the lady who was doing my nails didn’t understood what I was saying, she was hurting my finger, using that machine to take the gel off, she broke two nails and just was keept going. Still have gel in my nails and she said for me go wash my hands to finish the nail, so I went to pay and left, so ridiculous.
I couldn’t get my nails done, they clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Be careful if you are thinking about get your nails done at this place. Normally I don’t give a bad review, but people need to know how bad this place are. In the picture you can see how she get “done” my nails.
