Best WLM Reviews

Today the Reno Police Department rsided the motel and condemned at least one of the rooms for drugs and feces on the floors. This motel is a bastion for homeless, drugs, filth and worse. It needs to be razed and set for urban renewal. Do not stay there.
So if I could give this place zero Stars I would.
Let's just say this place is the lowest of the low when it comes down to motels. It is bed bug and Cockroach infested, plenty of tweakers and meth dealers and whatever other druggie and homeless person you could think of is there. It is not safe and has plenty of crime activity that you would wonder if your life was safe. On terms of price, this place is okay on price. But not for anything else. The rooms are dirty and God forbid you will find a needle or any other drug item underneath or in your mattress which by the way they don't clean, AC doesn't work, wi-fi and elevators get shut down when the management leaves and they do nothing for all the issues that it has including the smell of urine in the elevator and all other walking areas of the premises. If you value your sanity and your life do not come here. This is like a one-way ticket to homelessness or hell. The only convenience is the price and the walking distance to casinos in downtown Reno.
And last but not least, be prepared to not sleep as a bunch of people who stay there cause loud noise at all ungodly hours of the night.
I personally feel that this place needs to be condemned.
P.S. Management is horrible and they don't know what they are doing.
Roach motel comes to mind to describe this place, mostly because I saw roaches in one of the rooms. This place is as scary as a motel can get and definitely not a safe place for kids or adults. A little maintenance might help the outside appearance of this place but I doubt it. Yikes!!
Honestly if you're expecting the Ritz Carlton you've come to the WRONG place! With that being said, you're not going to find another place in the downtown Reno area for a cheaper rate... especially when you take into account the physical size of these rooms! They are quite large! And yes, there are roaches although I have yet to find a location of similar background here that does not have them. And as long as you keep your room nice and clean I honestly rarely have issue. And we have personally never had any bed bugs. Basically, as long as you're an overall clean person that keeps up on the cleanliness of your home there's no issues! And the management as well as the maintenance have been nothing short of welcoming and quickly assisted with any request we have had.
There is no pool and hasn't been for years, management doesn't try to do anything for their tenants. The place has leaking holes in ceiling, bugs, water coming up under floors. You pretty much have to have code enforcement for them to do anything and then that only goes so far as well. I'd recommend stay far far away. Only good thing is it's cheap and big
Roach, bed bugs and tweaker infested severely
I live downtown and it is our favorite dining every week. Our favorite waiters and WAITRESSES ARE AWSOME. The food is fantastic!!!!!
Absaloutly horrible!!!! It was by far the worst place I have ever stepped foot in never mind stayed I mean back in my younger days I have been in straight trap houses (place/house to solely sell drugs out of) that were better then this place!!! They charged me full price for a week and I had no TV nor microwave and also no A/C in the middle of July (90°-100°+) and my refrigerator leaked so had a consistent puddle on my floor if I didnt keep a towel down and on top of all this I spend over $100.00 on roach bombs and bed bug bombs and still couldn't manage to stay the while week and of course no refund AT ALL for anything
