The wait for an appt is so long , as well as the wait to see the Dr. Then you end up having to see another Dr. The whole appt is sooo rushed. I called to go over my lab results and the nurse said “ Well the Dr. left a note what don’t you understand “ , Very verryyy inconsiderate .. that’s her literal job. Most of the staff have zero empathy. Never want to go back. 0/10
To be completely honest i loved the dr, but the nurses attitude always gives “i don’t need to be hear you do” and i just can’t deal anymore
Staff are nice but the appointments feel rushed, as if the nurses and doctors just want you out of the room as quickly as possible. They barely let me listen to my baby heartbeats or sit down and ensure I don't have any questions. Would honestly recommend a different clinic, especially if you are on your 1st pregnancy.
The only one that takes her is nurse Jasmine. She is amazing.
Love the doctor and the factory that work there they are very helpful. And love the he doctor honesty about what goi g on with your body. I would highly recommend there office to any one that needs a female doctor
Should have listened to reviews!
Took over a month to get an appointment with this facility.
Day of appointment ran into some delays but called to let them know . Didn’t call me back till I was a block away and informed me that I would have to make another appointment because I would be 20 min late . And wanted to reschedule another month out when I’m already 12 weeks pregnant.
Having worked in a healthcare office myself I understand how important appointments are, but also understand that patient care is a PRIORITY, and would show grace to those who had the decency to call about delays.
This office has shown me, and clearly others based on reviews they lack the professionalism to care for patents.
Will not be returning so you can cancel my appointment you wanted me to wait another month for .
I had an extremely pleasant visit from the receptionist to the Medical Assistant taking my blood pressure & accurate instructions in the exam room. The NP, Ms Crate was amazingly sweet & gentle with the exam, telling me when the results come in and how I would be informed. ????
Mediocre.
Cant speak on anything besides prenatal care, but wait times were long even for a basically empty practice. Never saw my listed OB (dr gayle) only the nurse practitioner (jasmine) til i gave birth. She walked in and said “im not on call anymore so i wont be delivering you” (they sent me in for an induction). Feels like theyre just in a rush to get you out of the office. My blood pressure was pre hypertensive levels for a few weeks before being sent in for the induction. Not sure why they werent concerned before that day.
They aren’t very informative to new mothers. I felt very cheated by this practice in terms of receiving information on literally anything. The most i was given is the what medicines your allowed to take while pregnant.
Ended up pregnant again & went to get a confirmation from them. Saw the doctor named jennifer i would 100% not recommend her. She seems very dismissive and uninterested in what you have to say from the little amount of time spent with her.
Pro: It is a decent enough location by the hospital.
The doctors take their time with you and seem to genuinely care. Visits don't usually take long to get in a room and back out the door.
