You arrive at 1 and they serve you at 3 in the afternoon. It's always full of people and there aren't even any seats. It is supposed to be a women's hospital and the men who accompany the women sit as if they were patients, apart from the fact that the women always carry their children and occupy the seats. The doctors do not provide very good care because when they send you for an echo to another place, they do not follow up to find out how it went, they do not follow up or call unless you come to the appointment, they never have information about anything, really. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ????????????????????????????????????????????
I came on time today on Saturday at 2 pm, and you guys at the front desk had the audacity to have me waiting for almost 2 hours, which was an hour and 45 minutes. When I left to get pizza, the nasty lady gave attitude to my husband on the phone for wanting to take 20 minutes to eat. Meanwhile, you had me waiting for so long for no reason at all. I believe that you guys did this on purpose. I could have come in at 3 pm or 3:30, but you wanted me to suffer instead. The nurse in the back had to apologize to me, not even the front desk lady. I can understand if the place was crowded, but it wasn't. We were literally the only people there for some time! I will not be coming back. It's a shame that you guys at the front desk don't care about pregnant women and first-time moms. Thanks a lot.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Upon making my appointment, I was told that this office was in network with my insurance. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, November 22nd. They waited until the day before, November 21st, to tell me that they are in fact not in network with my insurance and that I would have to pay at least $250 for my exam alone. Not including any tests that would be performed. Insurance verification doesn’t take long. This entire situation could have been completely avoided if I was told with enough time. Now I have to find another office that will take me in and I will have to schedule another day off of work. I all in all found this practice to be very unprofessional.
The doctors are excellent, but the receptionist, Hasibo, was unbelievably rude to my mother, speaking to her in a condescending and degrading manner. While the rest of the staff is wonderful, she desperately needs to work on her patient care skills.
This place is the worse GYN. Do not schedule with them. They are rude and unprofessional. They need to improve on how they treat their patients. Your dealing with people bodies and health do better.
The wait time in this place is absolutely insane, they give you a 9am appointment and you have to sit there for 2 hours just to see the doctor. Whenever you ask the front desk what’s your status, they responds with ‘oh you’re next’ next when? Next year? This absolutely annoying and unacceptable the health officials or whoever is in charge of these things need to fix this.. People have a life and things to do, sitting here waiting 2 hours just to see a doctor when I have a 9am appointment is unacceptable, especially when people is coming after me and being taken inside.. UNACCEPTABLE, ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING! DO BETTER
Ive been coming to this Womens center ever since I was pregnant at 10 weeks.. I genuinely love that the staff is extremely nice and caring with the patients and always try to make them comfortable. I would highly recommend that any woman looking for comfort during pregnancy or any other reason come here. Thank you guys for the great care!!
I had an exceptional experience at this clinic! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive and compassionate care from Dr. Sajjad and Dr. Vatti, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The staff made sure it was comfortable and made me feel like a part of their family!
I highly recommend women's healthcare for anyone seeking top-notch obstetric and gynecological services.
