Best WLM Reviews

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Q, and I couldn’t be more impressed! She is an amazing doctor—so sweet, approachable, and very knowledgeable. From the moment she walked in, I felt at ease. Dr. Q took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood my options. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I’m so glad I found her as my new PCP and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough healthcare provider!
The reviews are real everything the people say are true. This place is filthy. Needs a good spring clean. I stopped coming here mid pregnancy because the couple of times I did come I’ve had about a 2 to 3 hour wait and that’s just crazy. Insane for me. I have other things to do throughout the day. I understand that there’s other patience as well but if I have an appointment, I am expected to be seen around 10 to 15 minutes around that time. the restrooms need lots of attention at seems as if they just do a quick wipe down. They’re not actually thoroughly cleaned and these are restrooms and we are pregnant. Women women in general like they need way more attention. I was only able to see my doctor one time because the other times that I was supposed to see her. They said that she wasn’t in on Mondays so my question was why would y’all schedule me on these days if she isn’t in on these days and I personally preferred a female doctor But even on my first visit we didn’t go over really much anything I waited for two hours just to have a 2 to 3 minute visit with the doctor like she didn’t even try to get to know her patient or anything just someone on the books for her to see is how I looked at it Now they’re not rude but they do take forever to call someone when they drew my blood. There was no one sitting there waiting but me and I waited 52 minutes for them to draw my blood and the whole time the lady seen me but they continue their conversations on where each other were from and what they did over the weekend, etc. etc., after my long my last visit, I decided I wasn’t going to return because I was the second patient for the day and it still took them over an hour to call me to the back and when they first call you, they just get vitals and then your sent back to the waiting room. Unless you have time on your hands, I wouldn’t recommend this place and be sure to take your Lysol to spray the restrooms because you do have to give a urine sample before your visit. Also be mindful that the parking lot is super small and the way they overbooked patients. It’s very hard to find a parking spot so I literally had to park at a building around the corner.
This clinic is extremely negligent, waited in gender results for 3 weeks to find out "order was not sent, didn't have enough blood, or the lab didn't process the order". This is my first pregnancy and they continue to make appointments without actual follow up. And when I requested to have my records sent over to another clinic it took two weeks and me non stop calling each hour to have them just even sent to me.
Francis Cobb was nice to me but this office is horrible and terribly managed.
Also they recorded me as having a previous full term pregnancy when this is my very first. Which caused issues when transferring.
Do not come here unless you love calling every hour for any type of results.
I had an appointment today and had the pleasure to be helped by a young lady named Yoselin! She was amazing!! Thank you for being an outstanding nurse. I appreciate your tireless dedication and commitment to patient well-being! She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and was super patient!
this place doesn’t even deserve ONE star. I had an issue in August, took medication for it. asked Dr. Vasquez to test me AGAIN at my next appointment the FIRST WEEK of SEPTEMBER and they did not test me. Let it slide and just waited to ask again at my next appointment… they DID NOT TEST ME AGAIN. so again, i waited until my next appointment, he said they would test me and there won’t be any mistakes…. NO TEST. I told the MA or nurse AND Dr. Vasquez I was having pain, discharge, blood, and let him know it hurt when he pressed down on my stomach…. this man basically faked an “aw” and sent me HOME. I ended up in the emergency room due to having bad abdominal cramps, discharge, and blood at 20 weeks Friday. It only got worse by Sunday, more bleeding, excruciating pain w contractions, and water broke due to the infection that was just sitting there because this facility and Dr. Vasquez dropped the ball on my care which cause my baby to be born at 21 weeks and died. So THANK YOU TO THIS FACILITY AND DR. VASQUEZ FOR THE DEATH OF MY CHILD.
I had me prescription delayed for more then a month because they forgot twice to order it when I went to tell them I needed it they wanted to charge me for a visit and I was not going to see the dr. I asked to speak to the manager Dixie 3 times she never talked to me I called and asked to speak to her she never followed up it’s about to be 2 months I still have no prescription and no one has followed up. They don’t explain anything they rush you in and rush you out. I heard the staff and the manager gossiping about the patients I booked a appt on the phone with there staff when I called to confirm my appt 3 days later I had no appointment booked on there system. When they send you for lab work the phlebotomist just screams your name out and expects you to know what room to go to. There is no organization. When I checked in I guess it was shift change the lady that was helping me atm just got up and switched with another girl so I had to explain everything all over again.
I have gone to the office a couple of times and love when the MA Andrea Diaz assists me. She is very professional, and made my visit as comfortable as possible. She listened attentively to my concerns. She displayed a high level of professionalism, she is very gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
Won’t be going back for a few reasons. I went 2 weeks before thanksgiving to get my blood drawn for genetic testing. This first appointment was fine but then 1 week later i received a call from the phlebotomist (Hispanic girl- there’s only two phlebotomist here at the moment I never caught her name) stating that my lab results were expired and i would have to go back to get my blood redrawn. On this phone call I continuously asked why were they expired and what would be done to ensure that I will not have to continue to go back to get my bloodwork done she could not give me an answer and just stated that she understood ..? Fast forward to today 12/3 I called to schedule an appointment for today and when you call it goes to a call center where they schedule the appointments or cancel them etc ..he was an idiot easiest way to explain it ;by verbatim when he answered I said “Hi my name is (name) I would like to schedule an appointment to have my blood drawn for a genetic testing-it will show I had my blood drawn about two weeks ago but I was called to have my bloodwork redone.” He responds with BY VERBATIM “so what do you want me to do?” So I state the reason for my call AGAIN and he says “Oh! But you had your blood work done” I say “yes two weeks ago but I it has to be redone due to it being expired” he says again “so what do you want me to do?” I just said “schedule an appointment…for blood work” he responded with “are you pregnant or something?” …. Completely at all I rushed to say “what? No it’s for genetic testing, like I mentioned” completely rude way of asking so then he asked what day I would like to schedule the appointment I stated “today” he said “I don’t have anything for today” I say “okay then tmr” he said “I have a 1:30” I take it and just want to get off the phone with him so while he’s repeating the date and time of the appointment I say it for him “tmr at 1:30” HE THEN SAYS “no 1:30 for today ..” .-. After just telling me you were booked all day today and only had a opening for tmr…?
Whatever I took it and showed up to the appointment waited an hour and when called by the receptionist I asked what happened to my last test bc I never got an answer she told me “the tube was expired” which I didn’t know was a thing and wasn’t made clear to me by the phlebotomist on the phone when I asked “how is it expired?” which i would have understood had she just told me that, literally 4 words…
So I get my blood drawn AND THIS GIRL POKES ME 3 times trying to get the vein and really just having a go at it not even trying to feel the vein just seeing where blood starts coming out. She then yanks the needle out causing my blood to then splatter on my pants .-. They have no disregard to the time I had to take out my day to go to this appointment. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I’ll follow up with an update bc I will be calling higher ups.
12/4 -I added a picture where you can kinda tell there’s a small scratch (shouldn’t be one at all) from where she recklessly yanked the needle out then proceeded to ask “am i hurting you?” As if she didn’t stab me 3 times
