Pretty terrible. I'm pregnant and have been being seen here for months and everytime I go in their systems are down. The last time I went in for an appointment my appointment was at 1:10pm, they didn't call me back until 2:00pm, and the Doctor didn't see me till 2:30pm. Then they can't even schedule you for your follow ups because their systems are always down. I was supposed to have a appointment scheduled for 2 weeks after my appointment and it's already almost been a week since then with no call to set up an appointment. I called today and they said their systems are still down and to call back to check if they're still down on Thursday. None of this is making me feel secure or safe with my baby arriving in 2 months. We're supposed to schedule a c-secion and here we are. The father of my unborn child is really upset with the way they've been handling everything, and is wanting me to switch doctors offices but it's too late into my pregnancy. Be careful going here. Long wait times. System down issues, and passive aggressive doctors. My first doctor here was great but she is on maternity leave and the doctor I was scheduled with was late, rude, and passive aggressive; so I had to schedule with another doctor. Hopefully this one is nicer and not an hour and a half late. Just be careful
The receptionist was polite and professional. I explained my request and she found a timely appointment. Dr. Christina Chongsiriwatana is professional, thorough, and has a thoughtful kind manner. She is just what a doctor should be. I have referred many friends to her. I am sorry to see her leave Women's Specialists. I will truly miss her. The facility is clean, easy to find with helpful staff and easy parking.
this office is very mid level. There are amazing nurses here that I have loved working with. I have worked with a few providers like Dr Knight and Michael Anne Gabaldon, which they are wonderful! On the other hand they have providers like Katherine Nelson who will literally laugh at your questions and make you feel stupid. Very hit or miss with this office.
Dr. Okun is an amazing doctor. The very first time I saw her was this week and she took all the time I needed to solve a very weird problem that I had been having since April 2024. She was very thorough and kind. She will be my gynecologist as long as I am alive.
I don't usually write reviews but I feel it important. It took weeks to be scheduled for a regular check-up. After my exam it was determined, I needed an ultrasound. It again, took a couple months to get scheduled. My provider left, I received no notification, and waited for weeks 6 (ish) called numerous times to get my results. I was not given the full results at this time. Nothing like scaring a patient with the possibility of cancer and offering no information for weeks.
Fast forward, I needed to be seen. The front desk staff was wonderful. They got me in a timely fashion. The MA was wonderful minus asking me for a urine sample that was never tested. Never looked at. I waited for some time, only to hear the staff outside the door cracking jokes and making fun of a male provider that could have menopause ( not a laughable or light topic for most women) and I continued to listen to the unprofessional passing of jokes. Mind you this is a WOMEN'S CLINIC. Where women are being seen for real issues of infertility, etc. It was disgusting. A student was brought into the room without my consent. Sat behind my head. Instead of by the provider. It was nerve-racking to have someone behind me, I didn't know, doing who knows what. This provider gave me a piece of information from my ultrasound I was never told, blew off my concerns and again.. few answers were given. I left feeling confused and terrible for any teen or adult that's going in for a first exam. Or a woman that has experienced sexual trauma, or abuse.
I was called after my survey by a clinical director. She was kind, and appalled at my experience. She said a Doctor would review my chart and call me. Weeks later. No phone call.
I'm not thrilled to write this review. But we live in a time where prevention can save lives and safety is so important in this kind of environment.
I was so impressed about the attitude and kindness shown to me at the Jefferson location I was in a lot of pain and I asked if there was a private place I could wait. The ladies were all so accommodating and kind. It took some of the anxiety away which made for a more pleasant office visit.
Thank you ladies!!
I saw Eunice Baca Pino. She is excellent. My husband and I had a lot of questions about my options for care and she explained everything with patience and understanding. I feel like she heard our concerns. Out of all the doctors and nurses I’ve seen for women’s health so far she has been the best.
First time appt. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Knight was kind and professional. Very thorough and made sure I had referrals for additional services I needed, which was helpful because I'm new in town. I will definitely be back and am making an appointment with one of the PCPs as well!
