This was my first visit. The staff was professional and the service was quick. Dr. Dafalla has excellent bedside manners and was very thorough with her questions, she was attentive to my concerns and was very professional. Nurse Shika was very friendly and efficient with her follow up questions and making sure that I was completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this doctor and nurse duo to all women. The entire process and staff was excellent. I was in and out in 40 minutes total.
Would not recommend. Major issues with scheduling (waiting for HOURS) and billing (charging wrong amounts).
I’ve been contacting them for 6 months about an incorrect amount on a bill and still can’t get it resolved even after presenting a detailed breakdown of what insurance paid for and what is left for me to pay on my portal and via VM. It’s been a month and I still haven’t heard back from them.
First time going to them because of how highly they are spoken of. Well I’m going to dive right in, Worst experience ever! I had Carlisha Whirlow a Nurse practitioner because no one else could see me with the insurance I had. I sat there 40 mins after appointment time then was called back to fill out the same information I did online. I told them about my medical history but they still proceeded with my appointment. I get all the way to the end Carlisha walked in nonchalant as hell and then started asking all these questions. Why I wanted to leave my current doctor and everything else, then she say well I can’t see you or accept you as a patient until I get your records ????. Keep in mind I told this lady before she proceeded with getting my records from current doctor and making me lose my provider that I had 2 c-sections. She get my records no one called I called a week later and they say oh she can’t see you because you had two c-sections. Please don’t waste your time the shit is a joke, now I’m back at square one looking for a doctor at 14 weeks pregnant.
I had an ultrasound performed by Kendra. She was very professional and courteous. She took great care of me and eased my mind through the process.
The ladies at the front desk are always nice and welcoming. One of them checked on my visit with my doctor because I had been waiting for some time. I appreciate their professionalism.
Dr. Grandberry has been awesome. We’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue for a while and she’s been nothing less than patient with me. I’m very happy I found her.
Marallus is the absolute best! She shows great knowledge of her position and has been very helpful with dealing with procedures.

Yesterday was my first visit. I was a little apprehensive at first as it was pretty busy. However, I stayed, and I was called from the waiting room in a reasonable amount of time ( completed my forms online before the appointment). I saw Dr. Terri FOSTER. I was very pleased with her bedside manners. She was professional, informative, and most if all- CARING. I was smiling from ear to ear when I left because I really sensed that she cared. I was able to ask questions and address all concerns with her. Dr. Foster's assistant Brie, and the lady who did my intake information were also very nice and professional. I hope this professional care continues, as I plan to remain a patient here. Thanks, Dr. Foster!!!!
I called in for a first time patient appointment because these of the doctors, people speaking highly of them and because I'm having a recurrent issue that I wanted to see someone other than my primary doctor. When I first called I stayed on hold for a long time, so I called back about an hour later and got someone who was RUDE and unfriendly. After speaking with her and me being tired of her nasty attitude I just told her that I'll call somewhere else. I'll take my problem, insurance and time somewhere else rather than being seen there. The doctors should be aware of the front staff attitudes and behaviors because this lady has caused them business. First impression is everything and if this is what you get before seeing the doctors I don't want to meet the rest of the staff.
I absolutely love, love, love the staff and atmosphere at Women’s Physicians Group. I have been a patient with this group for many, many years. Dr. Anderson is thorough in her examinations and takes the time to talk with you and not at you. She is so personable and down to earth. Her nurse, Kim, is just as down to earth and personable. I enjoy our honest conversations about life and kids whenever I visit. You won’t find a better OB/GYN office to visit.
Dr. Anderson has been taking care of me for a couple of decades and I wouldn't have it any other way. Nurse Kim seems to always be here when I'm here. I don't remember any other nurse. They have excellent bedside manner and I am always told the truth. I actually started with Dr. Anderson with no insurance, I paid out of pocket because she came so highly recommended. I recommend her to anyone looking to change or start out.
