Do not go here!! They do not take care of their patients!!! My pregnant daughter has had horrible care from these providers. Aside from other things, after a near week of waiting to hear from this facility and get a return phone call from a provider, my daughter has been nauseous and ill for days and can't get anyone to call her back..
And at least authorize a refill for nausea meds! If I could give them zero stars, I would

I will say I’ve only been a fan of Elizabeth Nordquest at this office. She’s amazing. The rest of the doctors there seem under qualified, unprofessional, or just not all there. I didn’t feel comfortable with anyone but Dr. Nordquest. I don’t know why I was switched providers but I’m two months away from delivering and in the process of changing doctors offices. The medical team here makes me feel very uneasy.
Have tried to speak with managers about the miss management of my care here. My FMLA has been disapproved and the office policy is 10 days to sign the paperwork. I only get five days to turn in the paperwork to my employer. So I have to keep reopening cases. Due to horrible receptionists not communicating and Medical Assistants leaving the practice due to poor management. I have seen new faces throughout the entire experience. I also been overcharged even though I'm paying for insurance. These people want to scam you because they don't even check insurances properly and I started paying for something I didn't need to due to lack of reception or billing knowledge. I had to personally make separate phone calls to get some answers ...
Dr. Norquist and her assistant Veronica are so patient, gave me extra time and were as concerned as I was and understood to take care of the issue right away. The only thing I wish is that I wish that patients were more educated in the possibly more serious issues more often. Getting the word out and communication about a variety of issues is soooo important instead of just the basic issues.
Hello everyone, I wanted to share my wonderful experience in working with Dr. Vanessa! She helped me better understand my PCOS diagnosis and gain better control of my symptoms; when I got the diagnosis I had no idea what to expect or what steps to take. She helped me learn more about how I can manage my symptoms and target insulin resistance through changes in my diet and life style. With her guidance and encouragement I started a Juice cleanse reset (JCR) program for 3 weeks and saw a major change! I lost a total of 14lbs while following the program, had more energy, and felt that my legs and hands were less inflamed. I would greatly encourage those needing help to manage their symptoms without having to solely rely on medication to meet with her and to give the JCR program a try!
I highly recommend Elizabeth Nordquist! She is professional, prompt, caring, and attentive! Her love and awareness for women's health shines through her personality!
The lay that did my ultrasound her name is Joyce! Definitely recommend going to do ultrasounds with her! Super friendly, really caring and great at what she does. My experience has been the best I have had with someone at a drs office.
I received very good care here. The staff is very caring and got me in very fast for an emergency. My only concern is that their phone was not working. I was not able to get through in an emergency. Luckily one of the medical staff gave me their personal number and I was able to get in quickly. I hope they are able to fix the issue with their phone. I would highly recommended this medical office.
